Had a very nice stay here. The beds were very comfortabe. The service was always prompt and friendly. Enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back. The pool was a bit small, not deep but still enjoyed it. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The elevator was not working when we arrived, but it was fixed the next day when there parts arrived.

My Husband and I stayed while our house was being renovated. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was very nicely appointed. We would definitey stay again.

We had a lovely experience. The Manager on duty was very helpful in providing us with entertainment coupons and information. We had dinner in the hotel and the staff was able to accommodate our special allergy restrictions.

I can't find anything to complain about with this Hotel. Our reservation was precisely what we expected and the customer service was excellent. They seem to have a wide variety of rooms as well, the standard or course, but they also feature many themed rooms I think would be fun to try out. I would definitely go back without hesitation. The Monte Carlo Inn and Suites is a nice place to stay if you are heading North of Toronto.

“Appealing and Clean Rooms”

I booked this hotel as part of a Business trip. It was great. The room was clean and looked very appealing. The breakfast in the morning was great as well. The resteraunt is small, but good. I never used the pool, but it looked decent. There isn't a hot tub, which would have been nice. Overall, its a nice new hotel that is clean and the staff is friendly.
