The check in was awful. The person at the reception was not courteous at all. We had foreigners in our group who spoke little English, she was impatient and unpleasant. The drain in the shower was plugged, we’ve asked someone to fix it at 9:00 am. At 6:00pm it was still not taken care off. No cleaning of the rooms even if we stayed 3 nights, so the rooms were super dirty because we have to come in with our boots. There was no place to store our ski equipments. The last straw of disappointment was when I’ve asked for a bottle opener to open a coca-cola glass bottle and got told by the waitress of the lobby restaurant that because Of Covid they did not have the right to help me. So, service was awful at this hotel. The piano at the lobby can be played, but it is in dire need for tuning. The hotel has the location going for it, less than 10 minutes from Blue Mountain. But the staff is definitely an issue.

The entrance feature, landscaping are well maintained and provide a sense of arrival at the hotel. Our stay was pleasant overall, however, there were items that were not communicated by front desk staff and when these issues were raised, staff attitude was defensive and condescending. We always write objective reviews and only good reviews. This time, my travel partner and I have decided to share our experience with other travellers, so, you are not caught off guard and know what to expect before booking. Our issue is rooted in absence of communication on these items and the attitude from staff and absence of response from management: -Be prepared to pay a resort fee--it isn't much, but, based on the facilities and lack of service, this hotel should not be considered a resort. The spa and outdoor pool were not open, room cleaning needs to be requested, and typical room amenities like a duvet cover, coffee cups, glassware in the bathroom, cottonballs, cotton swabs, robes, etc. are all basic to a resort--not here! -Your room will not get cleaned nor bed made unless you request it! Room cleaning which is standard for all hotels, however, this is not the case at this 'resort'. This is the first time in my travels where room cleaning is not standard. There was no sign communicating this nor were we advised by front desk...not a nice surprise! We would not recommend this property if you are expecting even basic hotel service. There are other options in the area!

We took a suite. The suite was spacious.we stayed for two nights. The suite had all the amenities we needed. The hotel is close to down town. We watched movies at cineplex and ate Bent Taco. It was a good mini vacation. There is also very nice walking trail along the lake north side of nain street. Kelseys happy hour was enjoyable . We had beer and quesadilla.

Property is nice, halls and reception area are modern. The room was outdated, carpet stained and should be replaced with laminate flooring and bathrooms could use a refresh. Pool was nice but a little too cold. Disapointed there was not a hot tub beside the pool.

We stayed as a birthday treat and what a treat it was. From check in to check out the whole experience was flawless. Our room was clean, stocked eith toiletries and coffee which was topped up daily. We are in the restaurant both nights and although on the expensive side, everything we had was delicious and worth the price. The staff at check in, in the restaurant and our housekeeper were the best we had experienced. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will definately be back and would definately recommend.

Heater did not work ! We had to wear regular clothing to sleep to stay warm at night , odour coming from carpets like urine. Overall horrible stay.

We had a delightful stay at this nice and clean hotel. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service. During our stay, the elevator did not work, but the staff at the reception offered to carry our suitcases to the second floor, which was not necessary.
