“Nice hotel”

This is a very nice hotel. Unusual layout. No elevator access to 2nd floor in some areas.

“Overall Pleasing Stay”

The staff was very courteous and helpful, we had a very enjoyable stay. The restaurant has excellent food and isn't outrageously expensive. The only thing we could find to complain about (because you have to find something :) is that the hot tub and pool were a little bit dirty and quite dated (rusty ceiling tiles and broken floor tiles), oh and the section we stayed in had no elevator, so we had to lug our stuff up the stairs. But overall a good hotel and we would be happy to stay there again!

“Great service, amazing food!”

A very nice hotel with great staff who were very helpful. We were looking for information about a Blue Mountain snow shoeing tour and they searched for the phone numbers and tour information for us while we dined in the attached restaurant, which by the way was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious. Try the mussels in Thai curry sauce if you go there.....you won't be disappointed. We'd definitely come back here if we're in the Collingwood area.

“Valentines day weekend escape”

Stay here for Valentines day weekend. Great hotel. Very pleasing and comforting. Good golf and country resort. Friendly staff. Great service. Great breakfast (not free) but worth the money. And location is fabulous. 5 min from blue mountains for skiing and snowboarding. All restaurants in cooling wood are 3 min drive. Overall great place and great stay for the price and weekend getaway.

“It's fine”

More suited for young families. Pretty noisy in the halls and the rooms are not soundproof. Rooms are spacious and it was wonderful having a mini fridge and microwave. Just not as upscale as I expected especially for the cost. Great location. Close to the hills.

“Adequate”

Great place for the price......place looks dated but they have plans for renovations.

“Disappointing.”

Hotel was busy with families and tourists, pool was overcrowded, bathroom and room outdated, restaurant below average, maids barely cleaned, towels were old. Spa times and prices were wrong.

“Would never stay here again.”

It smelled really gross. The hotel is really outdated. Beds were uncomfortable.
