Property was very clean - very friendly staff . We should have asked for a first floor room as the don’t have an elevator available and we have mobility issues. My husband didn’t like the pillows . Beds were comfy. Will stay there again for sure !

Good sized room and the breakfast included was very good with a good variety of hot or cold food. Location was great and easy to find. Easy drive to Casino or any other Orillia venue.

I liked how it was easy to locate, it was right off the highway. The front desk was really nice and it was quiet for the most part. There was some loud door slamming at 4am but I can’t blame the motel for that, that’s just sh*tty manners people have. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would come back again!

My ONLY issue was that the pillows were too soft—they need to be firmer for a properly supported sleep. But everything else was excellent..!

Overall, the hotel was very clean and suoer quiet. I was not woken by any noise throughout my entire stay. I wasnt able to use the breakfast option due t9 my schedule, but I did see people using the area as I was leaving and it looked clean and confortable and smelled good :)

We were greeted by friendly staff to start. We were early but thought we’d check to see if our room was ready. It was no big deal to us as we would have walked to the Timhortons or a McDonald’s near by. However she eagerly went to check our room and came back to let us know indeed it was ready. The hallways etc leading to our room were really clean. Our room was clean and spacious. They even had the heat turned up which was nice but we turned it off as it was to hot for our liking. We went to a concert so we were not at the hotel long. In the morning the hotel had a buffet included. The food really was not that good at all. The waffle maker made soggy under cooked waffles. The eggs and sausages tasted weird. One thing we loved was that they had coffee, tea and juice available all day/night in the lobby. We would go back again and would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay, close to Rama. It can be pretty noisy at night. we could hear the guy snoring in the room beside us lol But the breakfast is amazing, you can make waffles, they have bacon, eggs juice etc. I thought it was just going to be a little continental breakfast we were very surprised when we came down in the morning.
