“Easy & Cheap!”
Was extremely satisfied with our experience here. It is our second time staying here, each time just as pleasant as the last! The knowledge of front desk staff was very helpful. We go to visit my Mother in a nursing home nearby, and needed easier directions to get there. They were great at that, and also in telling me where a Dollarstore was and a good florist! Also helped me book for our next visit in May, and even pre-booked us in on a certain date, and, if that was not a good date for us, offered to change it for us as well, with an easy code to call in at their 1-800 number. Also have a few cats, yes, kitties, staying in back of hotel,, where a "Beware, cats crossing here" show where their cat house is-adorable if u like cats! We saw 2 of the "regular" cats there. All in all a great, clean, safe stay, with a great continental brekfast as well! Enjoy your stay! Tanyaj.

Hotel was in a great location, we could walk out the sliding door from the rooms right to the kelsey's, arby's, mcdonalds, eastsides and more! The shuttle for the casino was awesome too!

I must say that our stay was very comfortable and I would recommend it to everyone. The service we got from the front desk clerk was very helpful, with directions to places we wnated to find in Orilla. Don't miss out, book a room tonight. “Excellent!”
A family member was having surgery at Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital. This is a convenient location, turn onto Memorial Dr. from Comfort Inn and it goes directly to Hospital. The beds were extremely comfortable. Staff were all pleasant, smiling, helpful and accomodating. I have mobility issues so the staff quickly changed our room to the ground floor. All staff asked if they could help with doors, getting coffee, from lobby,etc. We were unsure of discharge date and time. Special thanks to Amber & Cindy for their kindness, assistance, and flexibility with our checkout time. I would highly recommend this to anyone for a great stay!
“Excellent Value”
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for the money. If the need to stay in Orillia overnight every arises again we would not hesitate to stay here.
“good for a short stay”
Very clean and generally comfortable. Location is not convenient to Orillia attractions. Not fancy. Provides an adequate breakfast but eating space is cramped when several guests arrive for breakfast at the same time.
“Basic But Good”
It's a basic room but it had all the necessities and was comfortable. We were attending a concert at Casino Rama so our time in the room was limited but it was nice and quiet. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to the casino but there is a courtesy shuttle provided by the casino as well that runs once an hour. Getting to the hotel itself is very easy as it's just off of the 400 exit ( but far enough away that noise is not a factor ). Breakfast is also included but we did not try it so I cannot comment on it.
