“Clean and comfortable”

I have stayed there before, it is clean and comfortable. the only downside is that there is an outside staircase to get to the rooms upstairs and elderly people or someone with breathing problems might have trouble climbing the stairs. We just needed a place to sleep as we attended a concert at Casino Rama, so we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator, two double beds, bathroom was clean. Three of us stayed in the room and we have no complaints..

“Not too fancy but ok.”

We were going to Rama to see a show and just needed a place to sleep before heading back the next day and this suited us fine. Reasonable, nothing too fancy, but fairly clean, nice bathroom, nice tv, fridge, microwave, etc.

“You do get what you pay for”

Wanted a less expensive night - the main problem we had was a very loud air conditioner that seemed to be either too cold or not working well, fan stayed on all night - temperature control was a dial that seemed ineffective - perhaps typical for a small motel

“what is that smell?”

I was there only for one night (thank god!) As soon as I opened the very heavy door, I was taken aback by the unpleasant smell in the room. I had to buy air freshener. My room was upstairs but I was awaken by the people from downstairs around 1:30 am. I wanted to save money but it was not worth it.

“Terrible Experience!!!”

Well checking in a previous guest that was checking out had advised my group that there were bed bugs in this hotel. Upon confronting the desk clerk of our dilemma, we were treated rudely and over aggressively. Much hostile words were exchanged between the employee and the group. The clerk was also caught mixing his story and contradicting himself. Example, the clerk had questioned us what room we were staying in and when telling him this information and responded by stating that that particular room had never had a bed bug problem. However, earlier he had clammed that the entire hotel had never had bed bugs. When calling him on his earlier comments he tried back tracking and changing the story, yet again contradicting himself. It was his deceitfulness and ignorance that led us to believe that the hotel had at sometime been inhabited by bed bugs. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND, that nobody EVER!!!!!!! stay at this Hotel.
