Really close to amenities and beach. Apartment was small, sold as 2 bedroom, but really only 1 full bedroom. Bathroom was adequate, but could do with a bit of a deep clean. For price paid, my expectations were very high. Washing machine and dishwasher were a huge bonus.

Practical apartment in great location
The apartment wasspacious and well-equipped. Well functioning aircondition and devices. Very good communication. It was not as clean as we hoped for, and the building/furniture seemed a bit tired. The pool is much smaller than anticipated in the pictures. Very good location, overall good value for families.

Nice spacious apartment in a great location. A few hundred yards walk to the beach and to the Rambla Poble Nou which is full of restaurants and cafes so good for breakfasts and meals. Good communication from the reception and they arranged a taxi pickup from the airport, think it was 40E on the meter. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great service, comfortable apartment
I found the apartments and service very good. The only thing was that the tub didn't have a plug and the water was not quite as hot as I would have liked, but I told the management and they got right on it. They were super helpful about transportation information, and I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was wonderful. The internet was fantastic.

Lovely staff, very informative and helpful. Lovely spacious apartment near the beach and close to all amenities. A 30 minute bus ride from La Rambla. To access the apartment we had to download an app and use it as the key to gain entrance to the building and the apartment. This is a great idea and works fine as long as you have data on your phone as once outside the building there is no wifi connection. Without internet connection the app does not work and you cannot get into the building. Would definitely recommend.

This property was well kept, clean, and safe. The apartment had all the necessary items (Towels, Shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) One thing that did take me back is that they put a deposit on my credit card, that they said they would return to me and they also made a copy of my passport. I also sent a message to the property to see if they could drop off some toilet paper, which they did not. Luckily we had enough to last us the week. Other than that, it is a great place to stay close to the Metro, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommended!!!

In a perfect location, Durlet is a new, up-to-date building just outside but within easy-reach of city center. I had a bright sunny apartment next to a fantastic beach in a small but beautiful urban residential area. First-rate staff anticipated my needs and had excellent ideas and solutions—very professional. I’ll be staying there again.

Amazing stay with friends
We loved Durlet apartments and would definitely stay again. Very short walk to the beach and Rambla del Poblenou where you can find lots of bars, restaurants, and shops. It seemed less crowded and touristy compared to the La Rambla. Clean, the kitchen area had everything you need and there is a nice pool on the roof with view of the beach.

It was a really good flat. However there were few tricky things: 1 we requested for a double bed, instead we had to single ones. The access to the rooftop was only between 10am to 6pm. I might have missed the info about it but part of it was renovated. Apart from that the stay was really good.

Very nice appartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment manager, Cristian, went above and beyond to contact the airport and follow up on my lost luggage. He personally delivered it to my unit when he recieved it from the airport. Using the apartment parking is a bit pricy. But knowing that there is always a safe spot to park your car when you come back to the hotel is a big convinince. The apartment is in walking distanse to the beach and many good restaurants.

We loved the apartment everything about it so cosy just like home , only thing was that the satellite we did not use because we could not find anything in English but we did use the tv channels to watch tv and found programmes we could change the language to so was not all bad Thank You

The apartment had a good sea view, it had most of the essentials and was great value for money. Slight downside was any noise, most notably was the waste water from the drainage pipes, also the roof top pool was exceptionally small with large steps up to the pool. Whenever needing assistance from the staff at the office, they were exceedingly helpful, very friendly and spoke good English.

We had a great time at Durlet - property was spacious, quiet and light and conveniently located to explore Barcelona. We were shown to our room by a very friendly young man whose name I have unfortunately forgotten - he spent 15 minutes or so showing us the main conveniences and helping us sort our sightseeing activities, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend

Durlet Apartments
This is a well presented and maintained apartment. With great views of the area and in close proximity to the shops restaurants and beach. It’s is also very close to the metro. The staff are friendly and helpful We would recommend it to others.

Great Location but needs some TLC
The apartment is in a great location but the unit needs some attention to details. First of all the television did not work the entire 6 days of our stay. The shower needs some cleaning, there was mildew stains. We asked for some extra soap and we received a very tiny bar of hand soap. This is an apartment but little things do make a difference..

A Comfortable Stay at Durlet Beach Apartment
Location is not in city center but quite convenient with easy walk to bus stop and metro station. Very easy access to beach, great for running. Service is good. Staff is friendly and we were able to check in early in the morning after a long flight, which is nice. Quiet are but there are shops and restaurants around. Would be better if more shampoo and espresso capsules are provided for our 6-night stay since there's no room cleaning during our stay. But of course you can ask the office for more. Better if conditioner and detergent for washing machine are provided also. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Would recommend to families and would come back if we come to Barcelona again.

Great stay by the beach
Our family of 6 were out at the apartments. Cristian who was our host and greeted us in the office was fantastic! He was available for questions from the time of booking all the way to getting our taxi booked to the airport on the final day. We enjoyed the location as it was right by the beach and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from, local supermarkets close by.

The reception people were fabulous, giving great recommendations and advice. Although a little distance from the city, the metro was about 700 m away. The unit itself was fantastic and comfortable.

20 mins from BCN airport, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the shops and supermarkets, 7 minutes walk to Poblenou metro station where you can catch a ride to anywhere in Barcelona. Public transport in Barcelona works SOO much better than in the UK! The office from where you collect your keys is at the back of the hotel block. Staff speak good English and are very accommodating (Check in wasn't until 2pm and since we landed at 10am, they offered to keep our bags safe allowing us to explore the area until our room was ready) Had our own WiFi router so not sharing with anyone and worked quite well. All in all a very good experience, will be returning here in the future.

Great Location!
Staff constantly in contact prior to our arrival to ensure we could meet to collect the keys. She explained where everything was and provided maps and additional information. The beach was directly opposit, nightlife down the road and las rambla only 8 Euro cab drive. If I came back to Barcelona I would definitely stay here!
