W're very sorry about the incident with the carpet and hardly apologize for the inconviniences caused, but our houskeeping team revises the apartments after every check out and before every single entrance and the stain was not detected so that made us think that was done during your stay, reason why we have proceeded to charge you part of the deposit in order to garantee the good conditions of furniture and to keep it as clean as you said. By our part, we will check more thoroughly to avoid future misunderstandings. We will check Wi-Fi services aswell as we would like to grantee a better conntection for our customers. We do not know what was the cause for the bad smell, as we take special care on the cleanliness of our apartments and as you said, all of them are non smoking. About the receptions, the one you say first is open from 09.00h until 18.00h, Monday to Friday, witnout any excuse. The other one is located 5 minutes away, and it is open from 09.00h until 22.00h. As it is a private building, it obviously is behind a locked door and guests need to ring at Reception in order to access.
