“Hôtel très bien situé avec personnel qui parle plusieurs langues”

Je n'hésiterai pas à retourner à cet hôtel. Personnel très courtois et qui s'assure en tout temps de ton confort. La nourriture est excellente et les buffets sont garnis. Le seul point négatif, c'est que nous devons déboursés pour se servir du réseau sans fils.

Hôtel très bien. Station de métro très proche. Pratique pour visiter Barcelone. Chambre calme et agréable. Dommage que la piscine soit payante (12 euros). (Prix de l'entré élevé pour les activités du centre aquatique).

“great place to stay.”

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing(all marble). Their breakfast buffet was amazing. The quanity of choices and the quality were well worth the cost, The staff was always helpful with information about the area. They were patient with our poor skills with Spanish and humored our attempts with it. The conveniance of the metro station (less than 500m away) made it easy to go throughout the city. The only downside was the internet connection in the room was an extra charge.

“They went the extra mile”

I was very pleased with the desire of the entire staffto make our 8 day stay very enjoyable. In the University district, it is close to rail and a 20 minute ride to downtown, which was fine for me.

“Formule club à considérer”

Séjour en formule Club avec toutes ses avantages, chambres aux derniers étages, accès à la lounge y compris petit déjeuner, tapas et boissons, stations Internet et imprimante, accès à la piscine - spa - sauna et même un massage de 15' offert (qu'on n'a pas demandé faute de temps) - le tout compris! Personnel gentil. Arrêt de tram devant la porte, et une station plus loin on change dans le métro direct pour le centre, donc très aisé d'accès.

excellentes prestations, bus et tram en bas de l'hôtel, métro à 5min direct pour le centre. Formule club à recommander qui donne accès à tout et chambre en étage élevé avec vue superbe.Calme et repos assurés. Nous avons été surclassé dans une grande suite car ils avaient mal enregistré notre formule. Seul bémol , le parking payant à 28€ par jour.
