“Excellent en tous points”

Malgré les craintes que j'avais à loger dans un hôtel 3 étoiles à la mode espagnole, je suis très heureux d'avoir choisi le Jazz. Cet hôtel mériterait sans contestation une 4ème étoile. De l'aéroport BCN, l'Aerobus A1 (5,30€/pers) vous amène en 25 minutes à la Plaça de Catalunya. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à 5 minutes de la Plaça de Catalunya. A l'hôtel, architecture moderne, on vous accueille avec le sourire et en français. La chambre 412 est grande, avec un lit king size très confortable, une large commode et une TV écran plat. Il y a un coffre dans le placard. La salle de bain est propre et bien équipée avec une baignoire, un sèche-cheveux, plein de produits pour la toilette. Le petit-déjeuner est royal avec viennoiseries, charcuterie espagnole, fromage divers, oeufs divers, céréales et véritable jus d'orange pressée. Le personnel est souriant, aimable et vous donne de bons conseils sur les visites et les restaurants pas forcément touristiques. Sur le toit, il y a une petite piscine et des transats. Largement suffisant pour se rafraîchir et bronzer. De plus, la vue de Barcelone y est superbe. Allez à l'hôtel Jazz sans aucune hésitation.

“Barcelona experience”

Spacious room, outstanding breakfast, close to everything. Aerobus is close by. Even our day tour guide said this is one of the best hotels to stay at. Staff spoke English and were extremely helpful!

“Hôtel idéal pour visiter”

A cote du métro et a 200m de la rambla, cet hôtel est idéalement situé. Très propre et confortable, sa taille humaine permet Au personnel de vous aider des que vous les sollicitez. Le petit déjeuné est varié et copieux.

“Idéalement situé et très confortable”

Hôtel idéalement situé pour la découverte des différents sites; à 5 minutes à pieds de la Rambla et de la place Catalunya, juste à côté de la station de métro universitat. Chambre très spacieuse et très propre, belle décoration, lit extra large et confortable. Petite piscine sur le toit entourée de transats mais il est difficile d'y trouver de la place.

“Would definately recommend”

My husband and I stayed in Hotel Jazz in August 2008 for 3 nights. We had a lovely room, excellent location very quick walk to the main street and shoppping area. It was a little street noise at night, but nothing to worry about. We had free Internet access which was great and appreciated. The pool area was nice. We ordered coffee's in our room and got a large pot of coffee, not just a cup. The only minor complaint, we didn't get a wake up call as ordered.

“Super Hotel with Super A/C”

Hotel Jazz is well located, well appointed and extremely well air conditioned (a big big plus for the summer in Barcelona). Friendly, helpful people at the front desk. Only significant negative was the WiFi internet access, which didn't work at all for us despite the staff's attempts to help. Confirmed that this was a problem for other guests too.

“Very Pleasent”

Hotel was fine minor problem on arrival as we were given a double room when we booked a twinn, however our room was changed straight away. Hotel was clean and newish and the breakfast was very good. Air con was very quiet too. Location was great to explore the city and connect to the airport.

“great chain of hotels”

If we were to return to Barcelona for any period of time, the Hotel Jazz would have to be given given serious consideration.
