“I would go back”

The hotel was clean, quiet, and near metro. We arrived at the train station and it was an easy metro ride to the hotel. The staff speak English quite well.

“Great location”

For the price, Hotel Gravia was a great stay for one night. The location was perfect, 2 blocks from Placa de Catalunya one of the main squares of Barcelona with plenty of shopping and where you can pick up the double decker bus tour tickets/vouchers. We arrived from the airport at 11 am and they let us check in early and if rooms aren't ready they will let you leave your luggage. Lots of affordable places to eat nearby and within walking distance of several of Barcelona's main attractions. The beds in our rooms were hard and uncomfortable but other than that the hotel was charming, clean and historic with a lovely courtyard and acceptable service.

“Location...”

This hotel is in a near perfect location near Catalunya Square and the key shopping streets and two of Gaudi's buildings. As always, the price for that and a reasonable cost is rooms smaller than would otherwise be expected. But the location overcomes all.

“Fabulous location”

The best thing about this hotel is its fabulous location. Don't expect much in the way of decor or comfort. Our room for three people was very basic - three single beds in close vicinity. Internet access in the lounge was appreciated, as was the large (if dated) back terrace.

“Good location, basic accomodations”

The service was average (one man in particular was very rude) but the room was nice and the location was ideal. The elevator kept breaking down but we were only on the 2nd floor so it wasn't too much of a hassle. I would recommend it for those on a budget.
