“Quiet location but good for beach.”
First time I stayed in this hotel, I usually stay in the Silken when in Barcelona. It is a very new hotel, room was slightly on the small side but very clean which is more important. Location is a bit away from the city centre but Llacuna metro station was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and Metro is very cheap and convenient to whisk you to anywhere in the city. This hotel however is perfectly situated for the beach and the restaurants at the Port Olimpic.

HOTEL IS CLEAN, 3 BLOCKS FROM SUB STATION ANS YOU CAN TAKE SOME BUSES OUTSIDE THE HOTEL. PEOPLE VERY NICE AND HELPUL. I WILL BE BACK AT THIS HOTEL

Vraiment très très très bien! Peut-être un tout petit peu bruyant pour les chambres donnant sur la mer...
“Gbb Hotel 4 Barcelona, moderne et impeccable, métro très proche”
3 jours et trois nuits impeccables. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute, soucieux de satisfaire ses clients. Propreté irréprochable, chambre spacieuse et bien insonorisée, parking facile d'accès. Très proche du métro pour les moins courageux, et à 5 minutes à pieds des sites touristiques de la vieille ville.
“Good choice”
Wanted a hotel near the beach area and the port. Scored well on both counts. Took train from the airport, changed at saints and straight to franca station. At just over 3 euros each, one way, cheap and easy. Decided to walk to the hotel through the park near the zoo. Not the best idea! good way to see the area but really too far to walk with rucksack etc. Idelly take a taxi should be about 7 to 8 euros. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms modern and had all amenities you would expect. Buffet breakfast was extra but meant didnt need lunch. Hotel staff were great at their jobs eg ordering taxis, restocking the breakfast bar etc. Would use again if staying in that part of town.

Hôtel bien situé, 10 minutes de la plage et 7 minutes d'une bouche de métro. Très convivial et personnel gentil et efficace.
“Un hôtel moderne bien situé, entre lieux touristiques et plage”
Nous avons été accueilli en langue anglaise et avons obtenu notre chambre à 13h30. Très aimable. Les chambres sont très propres, modernes, bien équipées, salles de bains à la hauteur avec un échantillonnage de produits. le petit déjeuner est très complet, varié et bon en promo lors de notre séjour à 9 euros au lieu de 15 . Il est situé à 5 mn du métro et à 5 mn de la plage. Les restaurants de la plage sont moins cher que le Ramblas et le port olympique.

This was the second time we have stayed in this hotel and we find it a very nice hotel that is very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean and modern and we found the hotel very quiet and comfortable. The area it is situated in is ok, it's about a 10-15 walk to Port Olympic. It's about a 5 minute walk to the metro.
“Excellent (but not central) hotel”
Gbb Hotel 4 Barcelona was an excellent hotel for a 4 night, group break in Barcelona. We used the hotel as a base for our holiday rather than for its leisure facilities or entertainment. The location wasn't central but the hotel had good connections - it was within walking distance of a bus stop and the main tourist bus stop. I'd read the hotel was 300 metres from a tube station - that isn't correct but it was only a 5 - 10 minute walk in any case. The hotel is the same distance from the beach and a few beach-front restaurants. The local area is very quiet but has a main road (Rambla de Poblenou) with good restaurants and a few grocers nearby. Staff at the hotel were polite, friendly and spoke good English. They wouldn't arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport but did arrange one for the return trip. The hotel rooms were very modern and clean, with lots of storage space, although more hooks or surfaces in the bathroom would have been useful. There is a small gym in the basement, which I didn't use - I was on holiday! - but it looked good enough. There was also a bar which was always empty and an internet and TV room, which I didn't use either. I had breakfast at the hotel. It wasn't cheap but was convenient, plentiful and varied. It was a standard, continental breakfast buffet. A second tea machine would have been welcome as there were often queues. Overall, though, I'd definitely recommend the hotel.
“GBB hotel 4 Barcelona”
Pas grand chose a faire autour de l'hotel, mais il est impeccable, le métro a moins de 5 minutes et la plage a deux minutes... Un excellent pied a terre pour profiter de Barcelone, nous en gardons un très bon souvenir.
