“Home advice Barcelone”

Appartement vraiment très petit : l'une des chambres est juste une alcove dans le séjour et ne permet de circuler que sur un côté du lit, l'autre chambre donne sur la cuisine, on ne circule dans celle-ci, ni d'un côté ni l'autre des deux lits simples : ils sont collés l'un à l'autre et coincés entre deux murs, donc sans table de chevet ni aucun rangement. La salle de douche est très petite aussi : pas de plan de travail autour du lavabo pour poser ses affaires de toilettes et seulement de la place pour pendre deux serviettes (au dessus de la cuvette de WC) Question propreté, c'est assez limite : les meubles de cuisine sont gras, le canapé est plein de tâches et surtout, il y a dans l'appartement une odeur de tabac froid insupportable. Enfin, l'état de l'appartement est moyen : peinture écaillée, plateau du four micro onde qui ne tourne plus, porte de douche très difficile à manipuler, prises de courant en nombre insuffisant pour brancher le lampadaire en plus de la TV et de la chaine stéréo, télécommande de la clim qui ne permet pas de monter la température (bouton HS)... Pour finir, il faut savoir qu'il faut ajouter au prix annoncé sur Expédia les frais suivants : 50 euros pour le ménage et 30 euros de plus si vous souhaitez des draps et des serviettes de toilette.
