Located in a 23-storey tower, the Gran Hotel Torre Catalunya, Barcelona, has 272 guestrooms all featuring contemporary dark wood furnishings and cream marble floors in both the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Visual Restaurant - Restaurant on the 23rd floor offering panoramic views of the city and out across the Mediterranean. Buffet breakfasts are followed by à la carte and set menu lunches. Dinner is à la carte only with an inventive menu of international dishes infused with Catalan touches.
The Eclectik Bar - The lobby bar serves hot and cold drinks all day in a light and welcoming space or on the outdoor terrace. Light snack breakfasts are followed by more substantial lunch and dinner options with sandwiches, soups, and pizzas available.
Recreation
Port Vell and the former Olympic Port offer a variety of watersports on the edge of the city centre.

“Even better than expected”
Booked this hotel based on reviews and good price. Was a bit worried about its location, but it turned out fine. A short Metro ride to most places we wanted to go. Hotel service is great. Also loved its large room.

Across the square from Barcelona Sants train and Metro station. Excellent buffet breakfast (with Cava), front desk staff multilingual,very helpful, and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

“A great place to end or begin a trip”
Great views of the city. My room was facing the national art museum and the olympic complex. plenty of tazi access and close to the tourist bus route.

It's very centric (close to train, bus station, taxis). Excellent value for price. Beautiful view of the whole city of Barcelona on Restaurant on the top floor. Would definitely look forward to return to this hotel.

The hotel was lovely. The room was stunning, with a huge bathroom. The food in the restaurant on the top floor was as amazing as the view. However, if you stay here I'd suggest you use the metro for transport as it is quite a walk from the center of Barcelona. However, you are quite close to Mont Juic and the magic fountain.
