The key collection address depends on the time and date of guest arrival.
Monday through Saturday: 10 AM - 9 PM , check-in takes place at Allada Apartments. Sundays and bank holidays: 10 AM - 7 PM, check-in is at Aramunt Apartments (Calle Muntaner 60). Check-in outside these hours takes place at Balmes hotel (Calle Mallorca 216).
Guests are kindly asked to provide the hotel with a phone number or an e-mail address, and to call the phone number shown on the confirmation e-mail, at least 48 hours before arrival, in order to confirm guest arrival time and the address for check-in.

“Horrible”

Check in was at another location and I never would have made this reservation had I known that. It was extremely inconvenient and the person on duty was rude and completely unhelpful. While waiting at the hotel I was robbed. I reported it to the manager who was supposed to give me the film from the security camera so I could report it to the police; he never provided the film or returned my call.
