It took awhile to check in, which I know can happen. We had a difficult time understanding the lady at the counter, however she was nice.

It was definitely a great time with my 1 year old child. He absolutely loved the kids activities and the place was exactly for him. If you are going to go make sure you take children because its more of a family & childrens place. Dinning areas are so close just like a few minutes walking and good shopping area an outlet mall next to it. Staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Pools are clean and water slides are fun as well. Overall, i definitely recommend bring my child again later in time.

Family Getaway
Very clean, very friendly staff. We enjoyed the massive water park, the arcade, and the food. We never had to leave because everything we needed was right here, there was even a dance party in the lobby for the kids in the evening hours.

I didn't like the late check-in hour and very early checkout, ridiculous. No teens activities, pool duty ans small, super duty old carpet in room, mattress very bad....never going back.

Great for families with young children
More modest than Kalahari, but for just a quick get-a-way for mama & my young children it was perfect. The hotel plans activities all-day for kids up to ~10 years old, including a scavenger hunt & a dance party with foam snow & live music! Beds are VERY comfortable, everything is clean. Beautifully decorated.

I love all the activities they had for the kids but also the part for the adults. I also enjoyed the hotel was close to everything. Most of all the cleaness beds were beyond comfortable and quiet time was the best! Had a great time with family.

Everyone be aware of scam at this property I paid the full amount for my family stay and after I returned to home they charged my credit card 265.98 dollars as they have credit card information for security deposit and contacted them many times for the refund with no result.

The price is way too much for what you get. Our patio door was broken and room smelled terrible. Trying to relax at the water park the drain smelled like sewage. After getting there we chose to see more attractions off the property. We will not be going back.

We had a great time and found it to be very clean, super nice staff, fun activities throughout the day for kids, well kept/clean swimming area. We saw managers doing safety checks with staff by surprise to log their response time and they all did really well. My only two issues were the ceilings/floor aren’t well insulated so you hear people running around above you (not a hotel issue, more rudeness of others) and dining options. For dinner you only have a pizza place and a restaurant but neither have tons of options. Other than that, we had a great time!

Overall our stay was great. Carpets in the room could’ve used a deep cleaning and grease from door hinges was in excess. Pigeon poo was all over deck area. Staff working towel area some were strict and others were cool. Prices around property were excellent charged a higher price for snack bar inside pool area like a full meal but property prices everywhere else was great. We enjoyed our stay. Nightly text msgs were slightly annoying telling everyone about quiet hours.
