“Great People Great room Great pool”
In a world that talks about customer service - everyone at this hotel REALLY REALLY lives it. The pool was great!

The hotel is conveniently located within minutes of KCI Airport and offers friendly service and spacious, clean rooms.

We loved this hotel. Loads of room, beautifully done and beds soo comfy with the duvets. The big screen TV was a plus for my son! Lots of towels and soaps in the bathroom. All very clean. We enjoyed the restaurant, prices and food were both very good. The lounge is alot of fun as well. I would highly recommend this and hope to return next year!
“relaxing wedding weekend in Maine”
Thought everything at this hotel was excellent. Seems like it had recently been done over, rooms etc. I would recommend to anyone having to be in the area, and the restaurant was good also. There was even a Dunkin Dounut next door! There was a Gold Gym also if you wanted to use with a pass from Hotel.

I have stayed here a few different times in the past few years. I really like the fact that it has a pool/spa, and food on site. I did not notice any construction debris, or noise, as another patron stated. It was very clean and tidy when we visited.

Rooms have been remodelled somewhat. Nice comfy beds with good linens and pillows. Good value.

I did not know what to think of this place when it said it was undergoing renovations. The renovations were up on the third floor and I never heard them. We stayed on the bottom and the second floor. We booked this hotel through expedia twice( once going and coming back). After the horrible stay at another place I was never so happy to see a hotel in my life. The renovations to the rooms are wonderful and the place is very clean. We ate at the resturant and the pub. Both places were wonderful but they had big portion sizes. Too much food for me. We brought our dog. They gave her treats when she came in and had a area in the back nice an lite for her outings with garabage recepticals. Wish everyone used it. We could hear things in the hall which fightend her a bit. This was mostly children, other dogs and the construction workers who were partying one night to hard. The service though to resolve this was great. Just be careful if you get ajoining rooms you can hear the other people clearly. The renovations to the bathroom were so good I even had a bath. The beds were comfortable and they had different pillows for what you wanted hard or soft. With extra in the closet area. They had a flat screen and playstation, We will defintely be back next time.
“Ok for the weekend”
Service was good, everyone was friendly. Nice place to stay for a short period although it could use a lot of remodeling. Fans in the bathrm, tubmats to prevent slipping, carpet in hallway buckling etc... but most likely will stay again.
“I've stayed at nicer hotels for a lot more money”
Went to Bangor to see the fall colors, and the maple tree in the center courtyard was the most brilliant red that I saw the whole time I was there.
