A very modern property with friendly staff. Located in city center and just a 6 minute walk to National Stadium BTS Station and MBK shopping mall. One issue I encountered during my stay is the wifi didn' work in the 23rd floor room I stayed in. Despite informing the front desk, they were never able to fix the issue during my stay.

Our recent stay at the hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Their friendliness and helpfulness made us feel right at home. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable. Situated right across the street from the sea, we enjoyed breathtaking views and soothing ocean breezes. Plus, being just steps away from all the local stores made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Now, let’s talk about breakfast. Wow! The hotel’s morning spread exceeded our expectations. There was something for everyone, catering to various dietary preferences. However, there was one unfortunate daily occurrence that left a sour taste in our mouths. Some fellow tourists, accustomed to having domestic helpers back in their home countries, treated the hotel staff with scowls and authoritative commands. It was disheartening to witness such behavior. As travelers, we believe it’s essential to respect the cultural norms and etiquettes of the country we visit. When you step outside your own borders, you become a guest in someone else’s home. Let’s remember that and treat our hosts kindly. Thai people, generally, are incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. Their warm attitude should be reciprocated by all visiting tourists. We hope that future visitors will approach their hosts with the same kindness and respect that they receive.

The hotel has a comfortable, nice, modern and chic environment. It gives its patrons a calm and peaceful vibe. Even the outdoor seating area provides an IG-worthy pictures. Very convenient location to the National Stadium BTS which allowed easy access around and about the city.

In my room (stadium view) you can hear the loud tuktuk and motorcycles from the road. Maybe some problem with the window soundproofing. You can also hear dragging of chairs from the room above. Other than this everything is okay. Breakfast is amazing

Siam@siam outdid themselves!!! I regret not booking with Siam@Siam at our second destination because man oh man! Not only does the hotel have character with their interior designing style and choices, but their standard for cleanliness and customer service speaks for itself. I loved that they paid attention to every detail from the decor down to the toiletries provided. We arrived at the wee hours of the morning around 4-5 am and were pleasantly greeted by the enthusiastic bell boy who ran up our grab to get our luggage, front desk checked us in seamlessly, then they walked us to our room. Every morning and night as we passed by the lobby on our way in and out, the staff always greeted us with a smile. Like, 10/10 best treatment we’ve received in Thailand. Our second booking (hint: 5 star resort) didn’t even live up to half of the expectation. The infinity pool is to die for, definitely not kid friendly as it is 1.65m deep, but very picturesque (if you know how to swim). They also have a cool little gym set up next to the pool, not sure if it was fully equipped since I didn’t get a look good at it. Chim chim cafe attached to the hotel is decent, the food is okay but, American priced. I preferred trying more affordable and authentic Thai food places outside the hotel anyways so I only had one meal there.

Hotel of Choice
This is my second Stay here i had a suite which was brilliant very spacious. Made use of all the amenities Rooftop Bar, Gym, Infinity Pool and the Food although high for Bangkok was expectational. This is will be my hotel of choice whenever i stay in Bangkok

Overall the stay was fine as it is near to the train station but the property seem a bit old. When we first checked in, it seem that the air condition isn't working (no air coming out from the vent), the shower head seem to be clogged and the holder of the shower head is broken. The last night I've called the reception, the guy who picks up the call seem pretty annoyed and was pretty rude. Doesn't seem like there is much around the area to be explored or food to eat

I absolutely loved staying here for 6 nights. During our stay in Bangkok, Thailand we chose this place pretty randomly. But we didnt regret that decision at all. The workers are the most friendliest people ive ever met in my life. I was worried I wouldn’t make them check in time close at 12 am but they reassured me they are open reception 24/7. The little cafe downstairs (chim chim) is AMAZING. AMAZINGGG. Probably my favorite eats in all of my stay in Thailand. The presentation was beautiful and i felt like i was eating at a 5 star hotel. Everything here is amazing. I would say the towels smell a bit of vinegar or bleach and the room has that kinda bleachy smell but it assures me they clean very thoroughly. We had room service everyday from cleaning & food. It was a great stay. My favorite hotel ive ever been to! Thank you!!

This hotel is beautiful and modern. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff went above and beyond to research places we could watch the Women’s World Cup during our stay. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi strength. It was definitely lacking. Other than that, it was great and we would stay again!

Wonderful property and centrally located to shopping and tourist attractions. The staff (ask for Gabriel --- very kind and supportive. The rooms decor is great - great fun. How about a splash in the "infinity pool". The restaurants were amazing from the breakfast buffet (best omelet ever!, also ground floor full service for lunch and dinner with a section and quality that ranks among the best in Bangkok, A late night visit to the roof top for a drink to watch the sun set. Finally there is TAAN - 10 course meal (Michelin rated). Wow!

This was my second stay and arriving early in the morning I was able to shower and freshen up. This set the tone for an exceptional stay, including a room upgrade. The staff were superb… helping whenever asked. And I love the breakfast and the ‘edgy’ design of the place. Great location as well.
