I stayed @ 135 room Lot of mosquitoes....comlained about it at the reception and told them they should keep mosquitoe repellent....the lady behind the counter did not care much and just acknowledged the problem

This property is ok if you want to stay near the airport. Nothing much to do. I like the relaxing view at the restaurant. Pool is quite nice. Room needs to be updated. There are a lot of mosquitos inside the room. But for the price you can’t expect so much.

Beautiful place with friendly staff, allowed my dog there. Pleasant pool. Area surround the hotel is fine if you’re a dirty old man looking for a good time.

This place is great! Close to the airport and pet friendly. Staff a friendly and welcoming. And the food at the restaurant is fantastic. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend.

Fab place to stay
This hotel was so lovely gardens around the bungalow was a great touch , we stayed in room 18 right next to pool , staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke english , the food and drink in the restaurant was nice and good priced and breakfast was an omelette which was good too just a short walk was shops and bars too had fab 3 day break here would definitely recommend and go back myself

Pet friendly. Outdoor restaurant provided room service when mosquitoes proved a little to active for dinner outside. Clean, reasonably priced, good bus service to the airport.

Miles away from anything couldnt even walk to the shop without loose dogs trying to attack me! Mosquitos everywhere, they were squashed all over the walls in the room and not been cleaned off! Geckos running all over my room. Hasn’t been updated in about 30 years and the bathroom facilities were questionable! I suppose it’s what you pay for but I just chose to check out early after one night and just go somewhere comfortable.

The staff was unorganized and gave me the wrong room, I didn’t notice because of my jet lag, I paid extra for the bungalow that I didn’t get on the first day, I had to explained a lot to get what I paid for, not a good experience.

Great spot for dogs & airport stopover
The staff at Ploykhumthong were super friendly and helpful during my stay. After living in Thailand for 3 years I had to move my 2 dogs and 5 pieces of luggage back to the US. I was pretty stressed about the idea of doing all of this, but the staff helped me with rides to the airport quarantine station to get the dogs paperwork AND they helped me pack all my luggage and bring it to the check-in counter. I stayed in a superior room and it was all I needed. Nothing too fancy but the price is very reasonable. Wasn't a big fan of the breakfast, but there's plenty of food to order on Food Panda/Grab so I usually ordered that. This is the 2nd time staying here with my pets and it's the perfect spot for being near the aiport.

I’ve stayed here every time I’m in Bangkok. Minutes from the international airport but still quiet with virtually no other businesses within ear shot. Wonderful staff, clean bungalows, lovely pool. Restaurant has great food at very reasonable prices. If you’re looking for peace and quiet 30 minutes from downtown BKK this is the place !

I have stayed here upon arriving and departing Bangkok since 2015, except 2021. The staff is extremely helpful going above and beyond all expectations. The property is a 15 minute drive (provided by a hotel mini van shuttle from Suvarnabhumi airport. There are approximately 20 adorable spacious old style bungalows, adjoining pool and restaurant. It’s on the end of a long street so there’s no noise from the hustle and bustle of daily live. It’s boarded by a very small river that affords an abundance of wildlife, large egrets and other exotic birds and includes fishermen casting nets. If you’re looking for peace and quiet within 15 minutes of an international airport this is the place !

The room I was goven was terribly dirty and full of mouse droppings. They had a week to clean it before I arrived but didn't. As I was leaving the owner came out asking why I am leaving and than gave me another suite which was cleaner but the bed linen was stained, it was also dusty and tv wasn't working. I needed the transport to the airport which is maybe 10min away and was charged by the owner THB 150. Do not go there!

Clean Comfortable & Pet Friendly w Amazing Service
I booked the deluxe cabana style stand alone room, I chose this hotel because they are one of the few pet friendly hotels near the airport. Room was clean and comfortable and included a large western bathroom, flat screen tv with a good selection of channels, small fridge, steam pot for coffee or tea and a Very Comfortable King Bed. Plenty of space in the room, did not feel cramped at all. The hotel restaurant has 8am-6pm hours and happily made alterations to menu items for my restricted diet and the prices for meals was more than fair. Pool was clean and just the right temp With Plenty of outdoor seating around it. Airport shuttle service is great and fairly priced and they were happy to help with my luggage. The staff and management treated me and my dog like family and I will definately stay here again when in Bangkok !!!

Loved the Bambi all around the rooms. Very comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Pool was great. Got us out of the hotel at 4:30 am to our flight. That service was free. Ordered a massage through them that was the best one I’ve ever had.
