The staff at this property are some of the nicest I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Rooms are really nice. Close walk to a lot of good spots. The Buffett here is really good too!

Old property, light flickers in the room before turning on, staff does not explain room service rules ahead of time. I asked for a towel from the reception soon but they said they will send it to my room. No towels arrived in 20 mins of waiting. When I asked they just apologized and couldn’t have told me that room service isn’t around at this time to provide what I asked for.

Nice room and location
Decent size room in a good location. Traffic is quite heavy during the daytime so it's best to walk around locally or take the BTS if you going afar.

Good but could be better.
This is a nice hotel in a good location for restaurants & entertainment options, also several transport choices nearby. Staff are great too. Traffic noise is a problem though, as is the loud thrum of the aircon, so light sleepers may have an issue. Breakfast is reasonable, though not a huge choice of hot dishes, for example they only had bacon on 1 day out of 3 and when juices run out they don’t replenish them quick enough.

Good hotel but water from shower is not hot enough
Have stayed in this hotel for many times and always been my first choice. Great location and excellent staff. However, this trip I was a bit upset with the shower as the hot water doesn't seem to be working. I have to bath in not that hot water for the duration of my stay.

Nice smaller hotel
Good location short walk to Asok BTS and T21 mall and other attractions. The staff were very friendly and courteous and helpful. The buffet for breakfast was great and well-priced at 300 Baht many choices of western and Thai dishes. I had no problem with parking, but it looked like it was limited unless they have offsite parking available. All in all a good choice.
