Shower is extremely small. Front desk staff day time is rude. Not helpful. Internet wifi did not receive from room 414 at the corner suite. Night staff is friendly but none of the front desk know their neighboring area. Cannot give the useful information around hotel such as where is the nearest place to go to eat upon check in late night.

Fabulous shower with lots of hot water. Hotel in an interesting area, rooms could do with a little TLC, but this is reflected in the price.

The gentleman that checked us in was not nice whatsoever and the property was run down, weird and dreary. I didn’t expect much but a place to sleep for one night near the bus station but I would not stay here again.

Very disappointed with this place, was not cleaned to a good standard, everything was run down and broken. Yes it was cheap but stayed in better for that price. The best part was checking out to go to another hotel.

It's my second timw of staying in this hotel. The receptionist is not so friendly and accommodating, he spoke sarcastically. The bellman is not approachable but the housekeeping is very nice eventhough she cannot speak English but she helped me of what I need. Advantages: 1. The room is big 2. Housekeeping is nice and everyday cleaning and changing towels Disadvantages: 1. Toilet is small 2. No free shampoo 3. The outlet where you can charge your phone is far from the bed 4. A little bit far from Big C but you can take motortaxi for 20 baht and you can walk too

hotel is nice have wifi and in the busy center of Bangkok....if you need transportation...download ?grab" and order a cab to take you to airport... Hotel is very reasonable....gets cleaned daily and sheets replaced and is in center of Bangkok

Great hotel for the price.
Nice little hotel with clean rooms, TV, fridge, small balconies, and hot running water. Centrally located in Bangkok, a short walk from the BTS train station. You can’t beat it for the price!!!

Cheap price and cheap hotel
I not expect too much for that price but this hotel is very low. The toilet is very very small. It's difficult to turn around and difficult to reach the toilet. Not pleasant. The hallways are very noisy so you hear everything in the room. My review is 2 of 10. The food is good.

Two good cheap restaurants just meters away. Free breakfast not to my taste, but ok. Mattress very good. Top sheet very good, and unusual in thai hotels. Saves a lot of laundering. Room could use a little maintenance. Exterior latch on barthdoor missing. Frighsndle broken, but very cold. Nice to have balcony with wash sink for hand laundry. And coin Ip washer and dryer good for budget conscious traveler. Interesting mix of clients. 10 min walk to BTS or easy to catch taxithere gor 35baht. For price very good value.

Nice stay at the Nice Palace
The Nice Palace is a low budget hotel with the superior room I book costing around $AUS35 for the night. The hotel is clean and quiet and there are plenty of places to walk to for food and beverages. While it isn’t 5 star by any means it offers good value for money for what you pay. They could do with a bit of work on the hot water system to increase the heat in the morning. Otherwise, with a pretty cheap breakfast (somewhere between $4 and $8) you purchase if you want, it’s a good place to stay for the night after the long flight from Australia.

This room #204 is the only one upgrade with glass shower screen. Narrow but overall is alright for staying except bedsheet had stains.

This double bedroom for my brother who has a medium body size who got a forehead slight cut while using narrow space of basin which above installed a flat glass Basin top for toiletries.

It was ok
The staff were friendly and the location was great for chatuchak market and the bus station. However, the bed was like sleeping on concrete and the sheet had a weird smear on it. When we first entered the room it smelt of smoke. The breakfast in the hotel did not look very nice and so we abandoned that meal.

Close by to restaurants and cafe, 7 eleven, nails salon, and massage centre. Apart from that,I love the part where there is hair salon in the hotel,massage place and cafe. It's really convinient and clean. We can either choose,taxi,grab car or motorbike to nearby area.

It is a quite old hotel and it is about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from BTS Saphan Khwai to this hotel. Please print the name and address of this hotel in Thai Language when you asking the direction to this hotel when you walking and searching for this hotel. It is near to Big C shopping center and not easy to find it when you searching for the first time. The furniture in the hotel room is quite old and the breakfast there is not nice and quite expensive. But the hotel room price is quite low. It is near to Chatuchak Market by taking BTS TO MOCHIT BTS STATION. You can find a lot of foods in Big C's food court. Be careful when you walking in short cut road from Big C to this hotel because the short cut road is so quiet and not many people walking there especially during evening time. The hotel provide only a small bottle of water each day, so you have to buy some water in Big C when you stay there. Do not put expensive belongings in your hotel room because the staff will open your luggage zip although you locked it. (just use screwdriver to loosen the zip head and easy to open although you lock with number or locks.)

bad experience sleep for 3 nights
We have booked 3 nights through expedia.com, It is cheap price so we did not ask them have our room made. We did need a new towels and bottle of water but the third night they gave us only towel but not bottle of water. We also went out from the room from 9am and return around 10pm. We will be there only for sleeping. However, we had few nightmares, once after other. Turn out, they staffs will get up very early morning before 6AM they will have very loud conversation, laughing and shut the door even louder. We could not sleep and my 15 months old baby woke up and cried so I went out and asked them to stop but few minutes later they did it again ( we were not at the hotel all day so we need a peaceful sleep at night and not get up very early at night). We also realize that hotel needs to have a big renovation especially bathroom, we could not have a cold shower and shower head is very high and fixed so it is very hard for baby to have a shower each time.
