It’s a hotel that hired a great photographer who was able to market the space better than what it truly is. I would recommend just spending a little more money and saying in the higher end places. Because location sucks the staff isn’t there best. Rooms smell and have dirty sheets and towels. And water doesn’t get hot. Over all terrible if you ask me.

Location near to bts
There have no elevator in the hotel. Very quiet in the street at night. Walk around 10 mins can reach bts station. Overall was great. Can try to stay again.
During my stay, the hotel was under renovation but it was not noisy, however the centralised aircon system was much more noisier and will keep you awake. During my three days stay, I need to ask for toiletry top up.Small development with no lift.No really suitable for senior as the stairs are kind of steep.
Little hotel off a side street. Cute but a tad dated. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and the AC really good. It is a walk up though, and the shower only had hot water. Overall a good stay.
The hotel room is clean and nicely decorated. Plus side - the hotel is near Chong Nonsi BTS station which is a 15 minute walk. Minus - there is no lift in the hotel, bad if you are carrying big bags going to the upper floors. Free Wi-Fi is spotty and slow.
On arrival the pavements on the street where under construction and at it was night time and dark it was not the best welcoming negotiation sand, bricks and holes . (obviously not the hotels fault) once inside the hotel did not appear to have our reservation so had to email from reception my booking conformation (maybe not the hotels fault but frustrating after a long flight)
The room was up three flights of stares as the hotel did not have a lift.
The photos of the show a lovely wooden bathtub in an open plan setting and even uses this as one of the rooms selling points. Our reality was the bathtub was in the bathroom with a wooden screen/wall that had been fixed in place so could not be opened.
The room itself was clean and nicely finished with a big comfortable bed. If it had not been for the ongoing roadworks outside it would have been a much nicer experience

Cosy boutique hotel
It is a comfortable boutique hotel unfortunately no lift. It is within walking distance from the Chong Nongsi BTS station. The room is spacious and the bathroom is unique. However, the toilet flushing need to improve as it does not flush down easily.
Pros: Good location, staff are nice.
Cons: The air conditioning in my room is weak, the shower does not have enough water pressure, room needs renovation.

Great location....nothing else!
The customer service is poor! tried to extend our stay for a few hours to accomodate our departure to Canada and its was a categoric NO and was hard to keep our backpacks in a locker room! The Wifi in the room was poor....
Many shops around the hotel are closed down. WI-FI connection in the room got problem and requested for help but being ignored.
No elevator, TV is too old and basin is choke.
I stayed there for two nights and the problems remained.
The receptionist on weekend is unfriendly and the one on Monday is very friendly.
The location is great! Close to many restaurants and BTS. Breakfast came to our room on time! We stayed on a top floor, and there was no elevator, so, if you have a big luggage, it's a little tough. The bath tub was so cute, kind of Japanese style, small but deep! I love that! Our large room was $50 plus tax including breakfast and bath tub. That is a great deal!
The room is very dated and run down, nothing like the pics on internet.
Breakfast was included but of very poor quality, and maybe cooked the night before and served cold.
Location is ok to get around.
You need a hotel with a pool in Bangkok!!

Good hoyel
WiFi is not good. Bathroom smells sometimes. Good location and room is good and clean.
It was a great experience overall with markets, fantastic food, cafes, points of interest all close by within walking distance or a short TukTuk ride. The hotel itself was nestled away on a side street off the main strip so it was very quiet all of the time which made for great sleeps.

A Touch of Luxx in Silom
Although the hotel is smaller than Luxx XL in Langsuan, it retained its charm unique to Luxx. Overall stay was good but hotel might need a little improvement in its maintenance.
Affordable boutique hotel experience with full amenities. Hotel bar allows smoking but no smoke drifts upstairs. Easy access to Patpong and Silom nightlife. Quiet treed street.

Fine hotel for the price
Fine hotel at a nice location, right next to Silom road. The room was big and spacious. The only drawback was the shower which water temperature fluctuated constantly and it was almost impossible to take a shower. The hotel also lacked an elevator. Hotel had a breakfast for a quite a small price. But on the morning we would have wanted to have it, suddenly the cook was not on duty that morning.
Hotel has a great interiors and location in pretty good. Close to all important destinations.
But the hotel dosent have any food restaurant and no lift which is terrible.
Good for Honeymoon couples.
The hotel was not really a hotel: no pool, no restaurant, no gym- nothing. Wi-fi in the room never worked. When showering, the water splashed throughout the bathroom. When checked--in, no one was working (had to wait 10 minutes and then a staff member arrived saying he had to go eat!). The TV didn't work and they had to bring in a new one. The safe worked in a strange way, but in the end, I had no problem with it. No view-- only the ugly building. Check-out went smoothly and housekeeping did a very good job. I would not come back and could not recommend this hotel. The only real positive aspect is its location (10-15 min walk from the BTS).
