“C Brennan comments”
The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful meeting my every need with such enthusiasm; from the moment I walked in to my departure excellent service. I am going to miss my room and the comfort I found there. If there was anything I would change, it would be the survey for the Spa. I would have held off rating until at least a day after my treatment. I had the worse post Spa message experience that I ever have had at a Spa, and I did become rather I'll about four hours after my treatment. I frequent Spa's during most travels, business or personal and never had this type of post reaction prior to the massage at your Four Seasons. That said I would not allow that to deter me from stay g with you again. Thank you again, Thank you.
“not bad. haha.”
they charge me the breakfast. when i book it says breakfast for 2. but when i check out they charge me the breakfast. T T
“Great place to stay in Bangkok”
We stayed at the 4 Seasons Hotel in November 2011 and found a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed, the overall hotel is beautiful. The morning brunch was a pleasant surprise - many selections of good food. Being near shopping, the embassies and the park made this a wonderful place for a longer stay.
“Beautiful Hotel”
One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Beautiful and nicely kept rooms, good service, great facilities and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The hotel pays attention to the little details and we greatly appreciated it.
“GOOD HOTEL”
THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD AND SERVICE IS GREAT AND PROFIECIENT. THE PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED.
“Lebua vs Four Seasons”
I stayed at both Lebua Tower Club and the Four Seasons. There's really no comparison. Lebua is cheaper overall but Four Seasons is really a class above. I would say Lebua is 4 star and Four Seasons lives up to its 5 star rating.
“Amazing family holiday”
I stayed at this hotel with my family from January 29 to February 9, 2011. It was absolutely wonderful in every way. The hotel is small compared to many of the high rise hotels in Bangkok, but it is like an oasis of warmth and hospitality. The breakfast buffet was lovely - sitting in an open air garden every morning while the children fed the koi was a wonderful experience. At the end of a long day of trekking around in very hot and crowded streets, walking into the hotel was like arriving home. All of the staff were welcoming and very helpful - especially at the concierge desk where all of our requests were treated as top priorities. Our children (ages 6 and 9) were treated like royalty. The pool area is relatively plain, but it and the adjoining play structure are beautifully kept and well-serviced - a lovely place to spend the day. The spa is gorgeous - I highly recommend the four-hands massage! We ate in all of the restaurants and liked the Spice Market best. We had only planned to stay for 5 nights, but were so impressed we extended for an extra 6!
“Excellent 5 star hotel in Bangkok”
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Prompt and attentive service in restaurants and bars. Exceptionally beautiful courtyard. A breakfast buffet to die for. Heaven for combat shoppers as practically walking from Bangkok's major shopping attractions. Really beautiful building. 100 meters form the BTS ( and that in Bangkok is a lifesaver). Lovely pool, amazing bathrooms. The housekeeping gets special nomination.
“Four Seasons - 5 Star !”
