“Clean and Friendly”
Very clean hotel. Big bedrooms with air cond. Lovely staff. Good breakfast, just what you need to start the day. No many tourist in the area but nobody ever bother us.
“Close to all the main sights”
The hotel itself was good; clean, large bedroom, quiet, helpful staff. Breakfast ran low as the time went on so you need to get down there early for a good feed. The location was half great, half not so great..... Great: close to Ko San Road and all the main sights (Grand Palace etc) all within a short walk. Not so great: the dimly lit road is the red light district - as a female who has travelled solo before I wouldn't recommend staying there if you are a lone female traveller as I would have been nervous walking alone in that street at night - but being there with my fiance it wasn't a problem at all, and I would recommend it for couples or people travelling in pairs/groups.
“Good hotel, location questionable”
No complaints whatsoever about Boonsiri Place; nice room, good shower, huge bed, very good breakfast and a small balcony (though the view wasn't anything to write home about!) The only thing that might have put people off was it's location. It was slightly off the tourist trail (which isn't always a bad thing) in a local neighbourhood. At night, the street directly outside the hotel was full of people hanging around including "ladies of the night". We never experienced any trouble or any sense of danger but it wasn't the type of place you would recommend to your grandparents! Would definitely stay again and would recommend to the more seasoned and streetwise.
“happy customer...”
Boonsiri Place was well priced, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable and made our stay enjoyable. The neighbourhood was much quieter with less traffic than Kohsan Rd which was only a five to ten minute walk away. I would recommend it.

Area:
Old City, Bangkok, Thailand: Unsurprisingly, the Old City, or Ko Rattanakosin, is packed with treasures and history. High on any sightseeing list should be the striking Grand Palace, which incorporates Thailands most sacred site, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (dont forget to dress modestly and cover feet). Also recommended are the National Museum and Temple of the Reclining Buddha (Wat Pho), which is 150 feet (46 meters) long and set on 20 acres.
