Extremely off-putting
Bangkok68 was a very VERY disappointing experience foe me & my family. The rooms are somewhat pokey (small) & walls are bare concrete, not even painted, with an EXTREMELY tacky adhesive poster stuck above the bed. Air conditioners were badly placed with wired type control completely out of reach without a ladder. Also both a/cs were on need of maintenance. As far as facilities were concerned the paucity of same was startling. For example the two rooms had no glasses in the bathroom, soap &/or shampoo came in miniscule bottles that had already been used but not replaced. Rooms had 2 mugs in each room, one room had a kettle, but there were no coffee or tea provided. Beds were adequate, but pillows were absolutely awful. Bed linens & towels were old & threadbare. The restaurant advertised did not actually exist. Receptionists seemed completely uninterested in doing anything. I would be very hesitant to give ANY sort of recommendation for this hotel

The only problem was the room i had stay door need to bang it to close , otherwise overall is a pleasant to stay. From the hotel turn right n go straight about 8 to 10mins , there is a number of eatery like Macdonald, 24hrs mini mark, n walk further 6mins will reach MRT E17 Suttisan . Morning market around that area go to explore n get reasonable foods.

There are much better places to stay.
Went thru my passport like they were immigration officials. WiFi didn't stay connect. I had to use my Hotspot. One roll of toilet paper on the refrigerator. Noisy from people shouting and semi construction. No coffee at night. I had to walk 7-11, about 3 blocks away. Shower didn't turn on immediately. Went downstairs - Front desk staff lady had a crappy personality. I will never stay here again. There is much better value for money at even lower rated hotels.

Stay was just ok. Photos looked much better than the actual property. Staff was unwelcoming, just a typical tight lipped checkin. Room was comfortable, but had a very boring aura to it. But we just wanted to sleep, so it was ok. This is not a honeymoon hotel, but ok for the money

I stayed in the Superior King room with double bed and a bathtub. Pros: 1. Price was reasonable. 2. Room was clean. 3. Minimal furniture with large bed. Cons: 1. Shower handle was broken. 2. Bed was rather hard. 3. Lacking in customer service. Asked for extra hangers to hang my clothes and the receptionist said that it will be sent to my room, however, it never came.

My family enjoy the stay here.
For the price I'm happy, I stay 5 for 2 room Night no problem at all, room service every day, 2 bottle of water per day, lots of food near by the only problem here Is the traffic although the hotel is only 5km to city but u can jam for 1h in taxi.

I've stayed at Bangkok 68 before, and it's great value for money. The most recent experience was a little bit offputting. When we checked in to our room, there was a massive pool of water running through the connecting room next door. The fitted sheet was in a very poor condition - there were ripped places all over the sheet and the sheet was too small for the bed. Our bathroom was decent. The shower was in a very bad condition, the pipe to the shower fitting was broken all over, so the water never reached the actual shower head, it just leaked out of the holes in the pipe. The cleaning staff were very lovely. They cleaned every day and brought us fresh towels every day. I just wish the shower worked and the bedsheets were in a better condition.

If you like concrete walls like a prison cell it's for you ?? Bathrooms Dirty ?? The cleaning of the linen and room is terrible ?? But staff at check are wonderful and helpful ?? But they work with what they have and the swimming pool location is Brilliant but pool needs a very good cleaning ?? Cleaning is the key at this Hotel ???

worst experienced was the taxi drivers, they wont use miter they usually demand the baht amount when we need to go somewhere. the receptionist didnt offer like package tour which we expect to have that. the room is okay, but the bathroom is clog when we take a bath.

I like staying in this hotel when I am in Bangkok. It is simple, straightford clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I can easily park my car. The MRT is close as are local restaurants and Au Bon Pain and McDonalds, 7/11 and a supermarket.

Cheap, clean and friendly.
I come to this hotel often when I am in Bangkok. It is close to MRT. There are small Thai restaurants in the street. Au Bon Pain and MacDonalds around the corner and 7/11 and supermarkets close. I can also park my car.

I was very happy with my stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant was open all the time with a pretty good menu. Chang beer 40 baht. Taxis easy to find. The soi is quiet in the night which is rare for Bangkok, no noisy trucks and bikes outside the window. The only downsides were the're pretty stingy on toilet paper and soap. No bars of soap so bring your own. The air conditioner in my room didn't have a remote for temperature control it was either on or off , so you were cold or warm at night. No biggie, I would stay again for this price.

A little disappointing this time
I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago. This time I am a little disappointed. The bathroom is obviously not cleaned over a period of time with dirts visibly seen. Given the hotel is not centrally located, the price isn't a fantastic deal. Guests should be able to locate a cleaner hotel with the same price in this region. The hotel practices strict provision on the shampoo / shower gel / toilet rolls...so be prepared to face rejection if you request more of these items.

We stayed there for 3 nights, and the aircorn is leaking terribly, the bed is not comfortable at all, toilet shower you can choose either very hot or very cold, because the water heater is not able to control the temperature, so either you want to get your body burn, or freezed. The worst thing is, we checked out at 11am, while waiting for our flight at 8.30pm, we put our luggage bags at the hotel reception area, when i collect back by 4pm, all the luggage wheels are cracked & broken, i wonder what happened, but when we asked the receptionist, they only said no idea and never bother to answer me at all.

Poorly maintained place. There was only one English-speaking staff. Checked in for 4 nights, changed rooms thrice, last one was because the power in the room conked out. Area is quite far from everything but that's okay. The internet connection was probably the only good thing about this place.

Good location close to public transport. Yummy food with reasonable price served in hotel restaurAnt.
