“absolutely wonderful and a must-stay”
This is a one of the best hotel we have ever stayed (for the price we paid). Absolutely gorgeous! Other than the ordinary reasons (clean, professional staff and so on), here are what I say as outstanding: 1. the suite we got is huge; I estimate it's about 1000 sqft, with a walk-in storage room (not a tiny closet!). 2. the suite offers a good view of the city (with large windows on its two sides (the building looks like the tallest one in Bangkok, with 82 floors; the hotel part is propbably between 19 to 75 so you are right in the city center but far away from its noise). 3. observatory at 76th floor (free for guests) and breakfast (at 77th floor) are absolutely fantastic (I guess nobody else can provide). 4. you can get a lot of things just within this building within walking distance of it.
“location”
hotel is brill location not quite so good for tourist however transport is in abundance and cheap
“A good place to stay in Bangkok”
I booked this hotel based on it's proximity to the airport rail link station, which is a short walk away [150m, according to the sign board]. However, it's not near any BTS station, which requires changing from airport rail link to BTS or MRT, so a bit troublesome... It's also not near major shopping malls, but shuttle service to Siam BTS Station and malls was available. The layout of this hotel required that you change to another lift to get to your room, this is rather confusing to the senior members of our group. However this also ensure better security. With throngs of tour groups and banquet guess moving about at the lobby, the staffs handled the crowd pretty smoothly. All staffs we interacted with were courteous and helpful. We were upgraded to higher floor, and the rooms were spacious and in tip top condition. Shuttle bus service was available to take you to the airport rail station when you check out, which was god send considering the stuffs we had bought. All in all a good experience, but it's expected considering the cost we paid for the rooms.
“good hotel”
great rooms (space zone) big but for big hotel gym & fitness area very small no free weights 10kg max wanted to train here but was dissapointed
“Excellent value for money”
I have stayed here before and will stay here again. The only drawback is changeing elevators from ground to reception and then reception to rooms, but the friendly staff compensate.
“Bayoke Sky”
Stay at space zone - the very top of the hotel. Prices are extremely low for this class of hotel. Nice view. Good marketplace around
“Great for central Bangkok”
The hotel was located in the central market area next to a station on the city/airport line and the ticket was 15 baht for the 25 minute Journey so it was easy to access. The rooms were clean and comfortable with excellent views. There was a wide variety of food to choose from for breakfast. The minimarket in the lobby was open 24/7. The tailor in the hotel produced excellent suits. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous.
“top location”
the hotel was quite good , very clean , thai staff very friendly and helpful, overall recommend this hotel good value for the money, good selection of food at the buffet breakfast
“Great hotel!”
Great experience of living at 300m height! Great view, good service, taatiest food. Well, one small cockroach in my room surely couldn't spoil the impression. And hey, it's Thailand - insects are everywhere, so what've you expected?))
“Definately worth staying at”
The hotel was great, it was amazing to look out of your hotel room window and see across Bangkok. Although the view was restricted slightly by the smog which is to be expected in a city. We stayed in a junior suite in the sky zone and the room was very large with a window that took up one wall. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to use a shower that wasn't over a bath! Using so many lifts got slightly tiresome as there was one from the entrance to the lobby on 18th floor and then another up to your room. However, we chose the hotel because it was so tall so it didn't bother us too much.
