“White Xmas in the Rockies!”
great location, great facilities, warm and friendly staff - will definately revisit!
“Great Trip”
The hotel is beautiful, the few down side about the hotel is the distance from downtown Banff and the cost to self park your vehicle. The pool and eating area was above and beyond any expectation.
“Wow!”
Absolutely amazing! Loved the scenery from our premium room!
“Valentine at the Rimrock”
We had the Valentine Dinner special in the Primrose Diningroom as well as their breakfast. It was excellent value with a superb meal and service. Our only regret was not staying long enough to enjoy the spa facilities. Next time!
“Awesome!”
Gorgeous Views; Extremely classy Hotel with unpretentious and Excellent Staff!! We'll be back... soon.
“Fabulous hotel with a friendly vibe.”
We absolutely loved the rimrock hotel the staff were fantastic to us and they could not do enough for us they were amazing. The amenities were great and we wanted for nothing. The food at the restaurants were reasonably priced and very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend the rimrock to anyone.
“Fantastic!”
I have recently returned from visiting my daughter in Canada and booked to stay at the Rimrock Hotel. What a wonderful choice this was the room, facilities and particularly the staff were outstanding. Sandra G, Perth, Western Australia
“Fantastic”
Fantastic experience. Location, close to everything. Price was good. Weather was comfortable.
“Time of our lives !”
We very much enjoyed ourselves. The staff were awesome helpful and friendly at every turn. We have nothing but positive comments, it was awesome. I stayed here in 2005 and was very happy we chose to come back ! Breakfast at the Primrose was excellent cant beat the views. Drinks in the Larkspur Lounge was extremely enjoyable. We loved the Rimrock.
“Best hotel in Banff”
Top of the line hotel in Banff. Only mild negative is the drive up a narrow and winding road to get to the hotel. Not really a problem during the summer but could be hazardous during the winter (but of course it's not really up to the hotel to pay for road construction). Very convenient self-parking (I hate Valet parking), but can choose Valet if that's your wish. Wifi or internet access, which is really a necessity these days, should be included in price of room.
