Hôtel de charme, décontracté, un peu en dehors du centre de Banff. Accueil chaleureux. Prenez une 'chambre' avec mezzanine au 4ème (dernière étage)- c'est un vrai appartement avec coin cuisine, comme au ski avec une cheminée en plus! Très propre et bien equipé.

Very pleasant staff, clean and smart hotel. Loved the waffle maker for breakfast. 10-15 mins walk to central Banff and the majority of the restaurants.

My husband and I have stayed at the Fox on several occasions and have always been very happy with the service as well as the quality of the rooms. When we called down to the front dest to see if they had corkscrews available, there was one at our door in 5 minutes. We've never had any complaints and will definitely be back.

We checked in and enjoyed the pillow-topped beds and the beautiful Jacuzzi cave and the sauna. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer in house. The breakfast was really nice too. I would definitely stay here again

I liked the hot pool in the cave-like surrounding. Staff were helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Good location on Banff Ave. Room was warm even on cool evenings. Attractive hotel, matched the surroundings.

This is a great hotel, very close to several resturants and shopping. Our stay included a contintenal breakfast @ Chili's next door. It was enough to get us going for the skiing. This our 3rd trip to Banff and his is by far the best Hotel we have found.

My girlfriend anf I stayed at this brand new hotlel for 3 nights on September 2007. The moment we came in we had a great surprize: Although we reserved a Superior 1-Bdrm Suite, we were upgraded to a Premium 1-Bdrm Loft Suite on the 4th floor! The staff was very friendlly and suggested us many good tips for our trip. The Suite itself was amazing: 2 floors, 2 LCD TVs, fireplace and kitchen (No oven or stove though). The room was hot (26 celzius degrees) and from some reason we could not get the aircondition of the upper floor to work. on one of the nights the wireless connection did not work (they said it's a general failure in the area), but besides that it worked just fine. As for the Hot Tub - it was the best. Not too hot, not too cold. one problem was that in order to go back to the room you must walk few meters outside, and that was not fun when it's 0 degrees outside. Breakfast had everything we needed: Cereal, bagels, toasts, fruites, muffins, yogurt, juice coffee. It sometimes took too much time to refill what ever food run out. In general highly recommanded!!! The only minus: Expensive.

A really special place to visit. It's new and it shows! Good base for using the local ski slopes, or to do the summer touring bit. Can't recommend it highly enough!
