Visitors of this spa can round out their time of relaxation with a trip to the boutique.
The spa is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

“Love it!”
Always love staying here! Very Zen! The staff are always thee to help if you need anything or if something is missing from the kitchen utensils, etc. Nice quiet place. Hot tubs could be a kittle hotter, but still very comfy and beautiful. We love it here!!
“Would Definitely Stay Again”
Very nice accomodation. We wanted to do our own cooking so having the full kitchen was great. Some of the pots/pans were not in very good shape, so I would likely bring my own next time, but I'm a little picky that way. Everything else was excellent.
“Serenity in Canmore..”
Silver Creek Lodge is truley Zen! My travel experience at Silver Creek lodge was amazing. When I arrived the staff were ready for me and had every thing ready I was checked in with in mintues. The under ground parking was an unexpected bonus and the lodge was amazing.. I stayed in a King Suite room and it was amazing. I kept thinking that there had to be a catch, for the price I paid and the room I recieved I was completely surprised. The room seemed bran new, it was large, the view was amazing, wash room was georgous, heated floors in wash room was a nice touch and the out door hot tubes were secluded and private... The Silver Creek lodge truley is what it advertises, it is Zen.. It has a great SPA as well and next time it will be a must.. The staff were very courteuos and attentive to my every need. When ever I go back to Canmore I will be staying at the Siver Creek lodge from now on.. It was a perfect blend of serenity and privacy.. I live in Calgary only an hour from Canmore and I have been there plenty of times, I only wish I new about the Silver Creek Lodge eariler...
“Were going back”
The Silver Creek Lodge in Canmore was fantastic! The room was more than what we expected. My wife fell in love with the deep tub very quickly. The staff were attentive to our requests and plesent to talk too. What a plus to have underground parking. This is definetly a go back to!!

My wife and I loved this hotel. Very clean, great amenities (full kitchen), terrific hot tubs. We would go back in a heartbeat.
“Silver Creek Lodge Canmore”
This hotel provided great value, and there were no hidden fees when we checked out . The hotel was very clean and very serene. The service was, overall, good to very good. We did have an issue with obtaining a secure place for our mountain bikes that we brought with us. Before booking online, I called the hotel to check that we would have a secure place to store our bikes; the customer service rep who told us that we could use a locked storage area in the parkade for this purpose. When we arrived, we were given a lock and key, and told to find an empty locker in the parkade. The problem was, since this hotel has a combination of owners and travellers using the building, most of the lockers were empty, but were locked and couldn't be used. It was a BIG hassle trying to find a solution. Eventually, we were allowed to use a spare room underground as a storage locker, but it was only by fluke that we found it and it was lockable. This was a very frustrating experience. After it was solved, the rest of the stay was fairly smooth sailing. We did have to call the front desk for bath/face towels and dishes b/c there weren't enough of eirther when we checked in. But the staff were very quick to bring us the items. The kitchen had a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and fridge, so we didn't have to go out for breakfast every day, which saved a lot of money. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, and we would definitely go back.
“Nice Hotel”
Very nice stay, room was comfortable and clean. Our only complaint is that the outdoor spas were only lukewarm and were not comfortable enough to use, which was disappointing. After skiing it would have been nice to use them.

“Overall, A Great Place to Stay”
The spa was amazing. Beautiful hot tubs. Good location. There was some original problems with the room - the lights were burnt out, the microwave didn't work, it was quite hot in the room, etc. However, the staff at the hotel were incredibly quick to handle these problems - it was impressive. Moreover, they also compensated us fairly and even offered to let us switch rooms. I would stay again because of the great service. Also - a great place if you have pets.
“Ok hotel but would not go again.”
The rooms are small and we were there for 4 days yet the housekeeping staff never cleaned the room. They would come in to make the beds but that was it. They didn't vaccum or clean the sinks,etc.
