“It's an average one.”
The hotel is alright. With a full kitchen, it is especially convenient for those with family. The room is clean. We had several problems with it. The apartment doesn't have an elevator. You must go up or down through narrow stairs to get into your room (only the apartment, not the rooms on the main building). Moving even an aircraft-allowed fullsize luggage around would be a challenge. The apartment rooms have no air conditioning in summer. Although most of time you can cool it by opening all windows, the noisy road around is a problem, when huge tour buses start passing by from 6 AM and some visitors stop celebrating after 2 AM. Parking could be an issue too. And there is no internet in the room. You have to go 5 min with your laptop to the lobby to get connection. Given the price is fairly high (I booked online with discount, but still fairly expensive), there are lots of room for them to improve the service.
“A bit loud, but easy on the budget”
Although the walls (and floors) seem to be a bit thin, the location is strong given it's close proximity to Banff Ave (the main street). On the downside, check in and check out are run through another hotel, so it can be a bit more work than would otherwise be expected. Good hotel for the budget conscious traveller.

well , it is good for big family like mine , i ve' been there 2 times , and also same room , every things are good , just not enough towel !! bankets ! funisher were ok , but if u can make it new ,that 's wonderful !
