“Two very comfortable nights in Canmore”

This is a lovely, friendly, well appointed and good value place to stay. The staff are excellent and very helpful and I really can't fault the facilities or anything about this place. I stayed for two nights and used it as a base to visit Banff which is 15mins away by car. My room was very well furnished and equipped with two queen sized beds, lovely en-suite bathroom, tv, free internet, tea & coffee, everything I needed. I used the gym, which is small but has all the usual equipment and also spent some time in the pool and spa pool. There is a small changing room, plenty of towels etc, it's really well set-up. I had dinner one night and breakfast one morning. The quality of the food was good and although the service was a little slow the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back.

“Very nice”

Arrived from Calgary by greyhound and stayed a couple of nights at this very comfortable Radisson. Really friendly staff and lovely room. Beds have controls for soft or hard mattress which is unique. One of the nicest hotels that I have stay in near or in the Banff National Park area.

“Great value”

We stayed here for a little getaway from the city. For the price, we thought it was good value. The hotel was located only a short walk from the main street, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The hotel staff were personable and pleasant. There was a wedding on the weekend we were there and we weren't disrupted at all.

“Fridgeless”

There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. The beds are all sleep number and quite comfortable. The showers are nice. Sunday brunch is very expensive. 23.00 ea.

“Good option”

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The only thing that we did not like is that you have to get outside the hotel in order to get access to the pool

Nice hotel. Pool, hot tub & Steam room was great. We were allowed our golden retriever with no questions asked. The hotel staff was really nice for check-in. It was off season, so very quiet. The tiles in the bathroom were broken & taped together, so a little maintenance was needed, but we're not too picky. We ordered room service from the restaurant and they were slightly rude and the food was definitely not up to par, so I would suggest going out. But other than that, just a nice relaxing weekend!

When I booked this hotel online it stated it was a two star hotel. I am not sure about star ratings but would bump this one up to at least a three at the very minimum because two seems too low.
