Over all excellent stay only reason it was de-rated a star is because we were right beside the stairs and could hear people up and down the stairs. I’m assuming kids and families going to the pool so no fault of anyone just bad placement. I will definitely stay here again.

The property was conveniently located and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There were complimentary snow shoes available and the food was average in the restaurant. We plan to return.

Best service we have experienced in many years. Everyone was so polite and courteous. Food was excellent but off-peak season limited options at times. Close to the ski resort. We were very pleased with our decision to stay at Lake Louise Inn.

Rooms could be cleaner. There was left over used dental floss on the bathroom counter. Overall the facilities are starting to show their age. Very convenient to the ski resort and free shuttle bus service to the Hill.

Not worth the money…very dated and dirty rooms despite paying for a deluxe upgrade. I stayed on other motels/inns half the price in surrounding areas for half the price and found them to be much better value

The three hot tubs and pool were great. Our room wasn't given any care for at least one day which was not ideal since we ran out of towels. The floor of the room was freezing cold, which was awful at times.

The first Impressions is bad smell and our left the item without any reminder or short-term retention. Although it was not a valuable item, it was something we liked very much. I called the front desk to ask if the left-behind item could be found. The front desk guy promised to call back after confirmation, but never responded since then.

It was a short stay with my family. The loft was renovated with all the amenities you need for a home away home. Free parking a nice indoor pool and hot tub and a couple of dining options inside the hotel. My don forgot his boots in the room and the management kindly answered our call very quickly and helped us by shipping them to our address. It is something I have never seen in any of my previous stays anywhere. Highly recommened. Lake Louis is a true gem of Rockies in any season.

We really enjoyed being nestled in the mountains close to the points of interest. The hotel was decent but showed signs of age. The restaurant food was really good, just keep in mind it’s Lake Louise so it pricey because it’s in the middle of the mountains. I would stay there again. It was much more cost effective the Chateau Lake Louise and close enough to the ice sculptures and lakes. For our walkabout.

The ski shuttle makes it so easy to get to the ski hill in 10 minutes. The inn has many dining choices plus a full facilities. No need for a car since everything is inside the inn.

So easy to stay here if you’re skiing at Louise! Condo with loft had enough space for our family and the staff was very accommodating when we checked in.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and really liked the proximity to the ski hill. Breakfast was great! Because we went early in the week, dining options for a family with small children was very limited. Many places closed early or were closed altogether. We would definitely get a room with a kitchenette and pack our own food in the future.

We're in building #4, first floor. Someone needs to clean the outdoor carpet on the walkway in front of the doors. Littered with kleenex, toilet paper pieces, sugar packs, one tooth floss picker, pine needles etc. Looks terrible. Could be cleaned with a shop vac very easily and improve looks. Already mentioned elsewhere, would have loved a hot tub outside somewhere to look at the stars
