“Will stay again next time we're in Banff”

Our room was very clean and the continental breakfast was great. Incredible value for the price when compared to other hotels in the area. We were only just over a block from downtown so it was very convenient getting into town to restaurants and shopping. The pool and two hot tubs were also clean and nice to come home to after a day on the slopes. Great family hotel!

“Awesome Experience.”

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The hotel is 1 block away from down town, it's cozy, and the staff don't bother you. I highly recommend this hotel if you're spending some time in Banff. If you're going to stay in this hotel I highly recommend you ask for a room near the back of the hotel. If your room is near the front of the hotel you hear a lot of drunk people walking to their hotels from the bars late at night.

“Beeping hot, but otherwise good enough”

My room was actually a little too hot, even though it was winter and the thermostat in the room was turned right down. I had to open my deck door for 20 minutes to cool the room to the point where I could get to sleep. And then the smoke detector started beeping at 5:30 a.m. because the battery was low. The front desk quickly solved the problem. This probably sounds like a negative review, but I actually found the place overall to be quite nice. It suited my needs. I didn't expect the ultimate in comfort for the price I paid. I just wanted some place affordable, clean and close to restaurants.

“Nice Hotel, Good location, Great Staff.”

Great Hotel, Good Price. Centrally located. The free breakfast is not the best but is a good FREE meal. There are two hot tubs a different tempuratures which was great after having skied all day.

“Pleasant”

Front desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff should be more present they didn't seem to know where everything was. Tables should be wiped more frequent. Ticio restaurant had very good food, server was great and very helpful. Menu selection was a bit limited but server made special requests for us. This is one of the few hotels that offers free parking. It is limited but at least it is there.

“Great stay at this Hotel”

Just back from Banff on February 7th & stayed at this hotel. Booked this hotel through Expedia & was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the shops & restaurants. Shuttle to Sunshine Village was conveniently located to the hotel next store. Room was very clean & beds comfy. Complimentary breakfast was a plus when you had an early rise to get to the ski hill. Front dest staft were very helpful & obliging....I asked for a late check out & had no problem. I would go back to this hotel, no question.

“Cheap and Convienent”

This hotel was the perfect place for a weekend trip. No one spends there time in Banff in a hotel so if you need a place to sleep with FREE breakfast before sking or touring this is your destination. The hot tub and pool are a great extra and the cost of rooms VERY reasonable given that the beds are HUGE and comfy.

“super location in Banff”

Staff were friendly, hotel is in a super location only a short couple of blocks to shopping and retaurants/bars/pubs. It is an hotel that needs some updating but the suite was well set up, beautiful view. Would go again and stay there for sure.

“Decent room, Excellent Views”

Unfortunately this hotel didn't offer any rooms with King Size beds, and their Queen Sized beds looked like Hotel Queens (length of a queen, width of a double). That being said, the room was clean and the view from our private balcony was tremendous. For this reason, I would recommend this hotel to others, especially those looking to save a few bucks.
