"Great property near downtown Banff!"
Wonderful family or group oriented property just a few blocks from Banff's mainstreet. Waterslides, pool and hot tub amenities are top notch. Surprisingly comfortable beds both the two queen size beds in the loft and the queen murphy bed on the main floor as well. We were expecting a pull out couch bed on the main floor but the surprise murphy bed was excellent. The full kitchen that was fully equipped came in quite handy while travelling with children. And the extra bathroom in the loft was appreciated by all. All in all a great location and a wonderful property! We will definitely be staying here in the future!

"Mom and daughters get away."
Just went for a mom and daughters weekend and had a really nice time. We didn't get a chance to try Habitat but the menu looked fantastic, but not geared toward 6 and 7 year olds. The rooms were very relaxing and the beds were very comforable, not too soft, and I need to find out if I can purchase thier pillows!

"Pleasant experience tucked away in the mountains."
The hotel offered everything one would need with both simplicity and elegance combined. I was greeted by Thomas at the front desk/reception area. Thomas was very professional and engaging. He made me feel as if my family and me were the only guest in the lodge.

"Magnificent Hotel in a beautiful part of the world"
My wife and I consider ourselves to be seasoned travelers and the five nights we spent at the Fairmount in Banff were exquisite. The share scale of the hotel set amongst the Canadian Rockies is breathtaking. The staff were most pleasant and helpful. We stayed on Concierge floor, which provided us private access to sumptuous breakfasts and happy hours each day. While the rooms were not large by some standards it was beautifully appointed and very clean. The spa amenities were some of the best we've ever had. Though not inexpensive we highly recommend this hotel.

"Very nice place in Canmore."
This is a hotel, not a resort. You fetch your own food or go downtown. Annoying on the first night of our stay was the night-time noise from the nearby Trans-Canada Highway. By night 2, I'd acclimatized myself to it, so it was no problem. One minor glitch was the failure of our key cards to work properly on Day 2.

"Week in Canmore."
We had a wonderful week in the most spectacular setting in Canmore. We had the awe factor as soon as we entered the suite. We enjoyed the jaw dropping view of the Three Sister Mountains from the balcony where we used the barbecue quite a bit while we stayed. We definately will be going back , it was a wonderful trip.
