"very warm welcoming;"
We had a wonderful room - a loft with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 TV's and a wood-burning fireplace. All overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains and the roaming wild deer! Plus a lovely swimming pool in which to relax! Thank you!

"Mom and daughters get away."
Just went for a mom and daughters weekend and had a really nice time. We didn't get a chance to try Habitat but the menu looked fantastic, but not geared toward 6 and 7 year olds. The rooms were very relaxing and the beds were very comforable, not too soft, and I need to find out if I can purchase thier pillows!

"Exceptional experience"
My wife and I had stayed at Fairmont Banff Springs last winter and skied in the area. We had a great time so this year we decided to come back and enjoy the trill of the Canadian Rockies mixed with civility of people toped with fabulous hospitality of the Fairmont resort. We arrived at Calgary airport around 1PM to find out that our luggage was not transferred from American Airlines to West Jet in Miami. Needles to say for the first 3 days of a 5 day stay we had only our clothes which we had on from Tampa Florida. Upon mentioning this to the staff at Fairmont we were treated like royals, the entire staff did every thing within their means to make us feel comfortable. The concierge Rory, and Robert spent many hours on the phone with West Jet and American Airlines to find our luggage and Lawrence at front desk surprised us with a beautiful tray of fruit , cheese and wine that was delicious and made us feel so at home. We can not say enough about Fairmont and the beauty of the surroundings, but the hospitality and service was first class. I am sorry that we couldn't say that about American Airline and their rude customer service rep. on the phone.( but they have new paint job on their planes WOW that will solve all their short comings ). we will recommend this resort to all of our friends and family members and hope to go back next year, we are also thinking about a summer vacation in the area. Thanks Fairmont.

"Beautiful mountain view"
We were so impressed with the hotel and the facilities. One night was not long enough to enjoy the spectacular mountain view and location. Cameron at the front desk was fantastic and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. I hope to come back again soon!

"Beautiful Canmore Condo"
This is not really a hotel. It is a condo and some of the owners rent their suites. We stayed in Unit 306 and it was gorgeous. Beautiful kitchen, furnishings, bed was super comfy. Great closet space and storage if you are staying for a few nights. Didn't need to use it but there is a washer and a dryer in the HUGE bathroom. Big balcony with a wonderful view of The Three Sisters, loved drinking my coffee and looking at the mountains. We also didn't use the gas bbq that was on the balcony or the public hottub. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. The location is great, walk to downtown in about 10 minutes. The only thing that was a bit strange is when we arrived to check-in, there was no one in the office for about 15 minutes. That's when I clued in that it probably wasn't a hotel. Also, the shower could use a shelf to put shampoo and soap on.

"Beautiful Hotel in the mountains."
Headed to the mountains for a weekend of relaxation and picked the perfect hotel. Even though we've never been here before, the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Top notch customer service with great food options at all their restaurants. Truly a 5 star experience and we look forward to the next time we can spend a few days at the Chateau.
