Muy buena atención

Posted 20-Dec-2014
Excelente personal y atención les recomendaría dar mejor servicio de internet ya que estar cambiando clave cada 2 días es algo molesto y el servicio un poco lento.

Fantastic Staff

Posted 2-Dec-2014
Pros: helpful and friendly staff, close to city center, nice indoor pool and hot tub.
Cons: fitness center
Location: 5 minute walking distance to all the shops and restaurant in downtown Banff. No need to worry about finding parking. just walk and enjoy the city.
The staff at this hotel, particularly Michael, was exceptional. The accommodations are very nice and the hotel is appropriately rated at 4 stars. Though the property may not be as impressive as other 4 star hotels (e.g. no extravagant lobby, somewhat basic bathrooms, etc.), it is very nice. And, the staff makes this a terrific place to stay.

Accommodating, close to downtown Banff

Posted 1-Dec-2014
Pros: Pool, Valet Parking, Restaurant, Wine Selection, Fireplace in the Hotel Room, Cleanliness.
Cons: Unfortunately we were unable to use the spa, it would be lovely to try it out next time. Maybe more masseuses?
Location: Downtown Banff was only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, the mountain view on the way there was spectacular.
My fiance and I were very impressed with our stay at the Delta Banff Royal Canadian Lodge. The staff was more than welcoming and incredibly pleasant to interact with. We wound up staying at the hotel for the majority of the weekend due to the weather but we were not disappointed. We spent the day in front of the fire, braved the cold to do some light shopping, and enjoyed a wonderful 3 course meal at the main restaurant in the hotel. I cannot emphasize just how grateful I am to the staff, they really made the experience that much more memorable. Thank you :)

Nice Hotel. Recommend.

Posted 1-Dec-2014
Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: Elevators are really slow but there are only 3 floors above ground (99 rooms) and 2 below ground so at least there's that.
Location: Its about 4 blocks from the main part of downtown so pretty close to everything.
The staff was top notch. Very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were nice and reasonably sized. The bathrooms are quite nice. Location is good. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Delta hotel close to downtown Banff

Posted 1-Dec-2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Free parking.
Location: Shop Banff (5min walk)
Booked a night to enjoy Banff and to use the Delta pool. First time staying at the Delta. Unfortunately, the pool was under construction during my stay. However, we could use the pool at the sister hotel up the road. Happily surprised with the premium room, a nice size with a fireplace. The bathroom was wonderful as the shower/toilet was separate from the sink/vanity. Nice layout to have privacy. Hotel was quiet and pleasing. Underground parking was convienient keeping the car snowfree!

Comfy hotel, not too far from town

The staff were lovely! It was our honeymoon and to congratulate us they gave us a complimentary bottle of sparking wine and chocolates - was a lovely gesture! Would definitely stay here again

Quiet retreat after fall harvest

Posted 25-Nov-2014
Pros: The friendly attentive staff.
Cons: Wifi service
Location: Hotel is far enough from downtown to be quiet & relaxing, yet several restaurants nearby.
Very impressed with staff friendliness especially Jenna from "down under" in Evergreen restaurant who couldn'd do enough for my wife & I even bringing us a take-out coffee cups to sit and enjoy the Christmas tree in lobby! We did experience problems with wifi reception in our room which the front desk's solution was to offer to move us to another suite which we declined. The hotel did waive the $15.00/day parking fee because of the wifi problem. The closet for coats etc. in the bathroom was something we have not seen before, it took us a minute to find where to hang our coats when we got to our suite.

Dear Ken, Thank you for taking time to review our hotel. It is great to know that Jenna and my colleagues provided great friendly service and we will be sure to recognize Jenna on your behalf. I sincerely apologize that you experienced WiFi problems during your stay. We are installing fiber-optic cable at this moment which should dramatically improve our WiFi speed and intermittent connectivity issues. I am glad that my colleagues took the opportunity to offer alternatives to attempt to solve the problem. Thank you very much for staying with us and providing valuable feedback. Warm Welcome; Nice Room

Posted 17-Nov-2014
The hotel was very nice; clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and offered warm smiles. The apple cider in the lobby was a really nice touch. Our King suite was very nice; the windows were beautiful and the room was very clean. The pool was small but the hot tub was nice; a bit too hot it seemed. I'm not sure what the temperature was. After paying $260 for one night, it did seem a bit much to be charged $15 in parking on top of that. Many other hotels have breakfast included as well.

Good hotel on Banff main street

Good hotel on the Main Street. It's about a 5 min walk to the town centre. Friendly staff, clean and has indoor pool. Underground car park which is heated and was helpful as first snow fell the day we arrived.

Nice hotel close to amenities!

Spent the night for a girls getaway. Nice walk to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds and fire place was a bonus as it was snowing outside!
