過ごしやすいホテル

Posted 28-Jun-2015
Pros:

Great Location and staff

Posted 24-Jun-2015
Pros: Friendly staff a joy to work with
Cons: Needs comfortable chairs in room
Location: Within walking distance of virtually all tourist areas of Banff
Overall would go back there again. Location and food very good. Staff friendly, helpful and a real pleasure to talk and work with. Only gripe is that chairs in the room are very uncomfortable so we spent a lot of time in the lobby or lounge

Not impressive, but ok!

Posted 20-Jun-2015
Location: There are many hotels near by downtown Bnff. This location and price was not the best!
With the price charged, it was not the best deal! The facility was ok only. Additional charge for parking plus tas was also not favorable.

Very nice hotel the only problem I have is you pay a lot for the room and then you have to pay for parking. Another issue was we had dinner there and the server was like rushing us which I really hate I realized it was late but I'm not on there time I felt he was in hurry to go home or party what ever the reason not cool.

It seems to me that this hotel is recently re-modeled, wall paper and furniture looked very new, the room has very good condition. I have problem with bed sheet, it will be nice if hotel can check the more carefully on bed sheets. This hotel has very high rate in expedia.com, but I was little disappointed with the price I paid which is over $248.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff.

Posted 9-Jun-2015
Pros: Staff, comfortable beds.
Cons: Pool / spa area is a little small. Have a decent coffee bar?
Location: Within walking distance to all restaurants. Great coffee bar within five minutes walking at the 'White Bark Cafe'.
The Delta was a nice, comfortable upper-mid range hotel in the 'hotel section' of Banff. It is within easy walking distance to all restaurants and downtown attractions. Hotel staff is young, very friendly and very helpful. Clientele is mainly older and well heeled. The rooms are comfortable. Overall it is a safe bet for anyone wondering where to stay.

Excellent hotel in the center of Banff

Posted 9-Jun-2015
Pros: Fireplace in room...and comfortable beds and bedding.. Friendly staff and easy checkout.
Cons: No fee for parking
Location: Banff Springs hotel. Banff gondola, lake cruise...shopping and restaurants
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was on the Main Street in Banff and a 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. (A Chili's restaurant is very close) The hotel is nicely appointed with a gas fireplace in your room. The bathroom had two sinks and a separate room with bathtub/shower and toilet. There is an inside swimming pool and jacuzzi. There is a high end dinner restaurant in the hotel which we didn't have time to try. We didn't find street parking and paid the $15.00 a day parking fee. This hotel is a great location to all the places you want to see in Banff. We would definitely stay here again.

Delta Banff

We had a great experience with the staff. The rooms were spacious with a large sitting area and fireplace. There was some construction outback but we were only disturbed one morning at 5:30 am when a dumpster was delivered.

On main avenue

Posted 25-May-2015
Room is terribly small and there is no minibar. The room is way over priced because it's location om a main road but it still takes 15 minutes walk to Banff main downtown area.
