“Great Location”

The hotel is right on the main street of Banff, can easily walk to the center of town, great view from our room, great staff and would be the place we would stay the next next time we are in Banff.

“A Wonderful Getaway”

Looking for a peaceful, getaway with easy access to the downtown, this hotel has it in spades. Easy walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants, but far enough away that we couldn't hear the Ski Nightlife noise. Room was spacious with fireplace and immaculately clean. The staff were super helpful and we even stayed an extra night. I would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel was fabulous! The pool, hot tub & steam room were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The room was very nice and the staff were courteous & helpful. We would certainly stay here again.

“Great getaway!”

This hotel was amazing! We were very satisfied during our stay. The pool is absolutely amazing, and we spent most of out time there jumping from the mineral pool, to the steam room, to the jacuzzi, and back again! It's close proximity to all the Banff Ave restaurants made it easy to walk to our evening venue.

“Went the extra mile”

Front desk staff were insanely friendly. They even washed our windshield every morning. Everyone greeted you and asked you how your stay was going. The food in the restaurant is quite expensive but we were on a bed and breakfast deal so had a wonderful breakfast every morning before heading to the ski hill. The pool is gorgeous with rocks all around. We had an upgraded room that opened on to a patio only shared by 5 rooms and we had a fridge. Definitely worth it to upgrade.

“Excellent Off Season Value”

Spent a long weekend at this hotel in November. Our room had a king bed, a small sitting area and a corner fireplace, very cozy. The bathroom was huge, obviousy upgraded - firt rate. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool and spa area were extremely clean. The hot pool was especially nice. However, the hotel could really improve their exercise facility - only an exercise bike, ,ancient treadmill and universal gym - in a very small room with no air conditioning or fan. Except for the exercise facility we would highly recommend this hotel.

“Would definitely go back to that hotel again”

Front desk and maintenance staff were extremely polite. Enjoyed the turn down at night with bottled water and the windshield of our car cleaned every morning. Umbrellas were handed to us twice due to poor weather conditions. Front lobby smelled wonderful because of all the fresh lillies.

“delta banff”

Loved the heated garage and that they cleaned the cars every morning and afternoon, driving in the snow wasnt bad when you can come back to that. Totally enjoyed the food, they even hand made the chips for salsa A+. One problem would be the bed was more uncomfortable than sleeping on the floor. Gave us a severe back pain and made us get up in the wee hours of the morning. They definitely need to change the mattresses and upgrade other holstery. There was no couch in a king sized bedroom with a fireplace... Also the room was constantly hot even when we turned the air on and this was in the winter. The TV was not flat screen nor digital and watching sports the screen cut-off the scores. The swimming pool and hot water spa and sauna were amazing. We also enjoyed the exercise room very much. The room service was excellent and always provided assistance when needed. The bed turn down service disturbed us the first day but then we started do not sign outside and that helped. Over all A++ great place to stay if they upgrade or it won't be worth the price you pay for the hotel.
