“Loved this Hotel”

Wow, this has to be one of the nicest hotels in Banff for a reasonable rate. We booked a delux suite but due to ongoing renovations, we were given a Kitchenette Suite for no extra cost. The rooms have been recently upgraded with superior finishing, and provide a comfortable place to spend the night. The pool and hot tub put all other hotels to shame as there is room to swim to your hearts content. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Overall the best stay we have ever had in Banff.

Enjoyed our stay...pool, hot tub and steam room were nice (all rooms have to walk outside to access pool area)...newspaper every morning on door...10-15 minute walk to busy part of Banff Avenue...Keg Restaurant and Chili's next door...covered parking...kitchenette was ok

“Great Hospitality!!!”

A solid 3 stars. Especially like the big shower and heated floor in the bathroom. Fireplace could use some fibers to make the ambiance of the flames more homey. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel has been in Banff for many years. We were visitors to it, back in the 80's when there were very few hotels and it was new. If you are looking for a comfortable hotel, with cute chalet style rooms this is it. There are great restaurants around and it is a nice walk into town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. On our first morning we woke up to a deer just outside. Fantastic.

My husband & I spent 3 nights at this hotel & were very happy! The rooms are a reasonable size, nice new looking bathrooms, BIG bed, clean etc. The staff were friendly & helpful! We would recommend this hotel!

“Best kept secret.....”

Although this hotel looks like any other hotel in Banff when you first come in, you are in store for a real treat when you enter your room. They are very clean, spacious and the beds....I had the best sleep ever in their beds. Although there is no restaurant in this hotel there are lots of places to eat close by. I highly recomend this hotel, but I wouldn't mind leaving it a secret...so shhh!!
