“We loved it”
This hotel really suited our family of 4 (2 adults and a 7 and 9 year old). The room was clean, comfy, homely, quiet and walm. We had a kitchen which was excellent and the kids had a separate bedroom and a single bed each - a big bonus as the four of us shared a room at all other hotels on our trip. The front office staff weren't really that helpful. However, I went to the front office of the Delta (sister hotel) a few times for help and they were sensational - especially the concierge. Parking was easy. We have great memories.
“BEAUTIFUL!”
We loved it here. We had the King Loft Suite and it was amazing! Only one complaint, the heat upstairs in the bed room... the pool, sauna and hottub were beautiful! Very helpful and nice Front Desk. Awesome shower too.
“Great Hotel in Banff”
This hotel had great service, nice rooms, and an overall warm atmosphere. We stayed in the loft room with a gas fireplace & it was great. Nice choice for a get away. We'd go back for sure!
“Meets Expectations”
My wife and I had a room with a loft for almost a week and were quite satisfied. The service is what you'd expect in any hotel, and they have a nice pool and spa which is never crowded. The hotel is an 8 minute walk from the center town of Banff, which was most important to us, but the only part we didn't like was that the loft was much hotter than downstairs. We turned the small air conditioner on and opened the windows, but it was very warm and hard to sleep. I would not recommend a room with a loft. A regular room would work just fine, and they are very nice from what I saw.
“Amazing Place”
Good service, clean and comfortable room, affordable price. Overall we are extremely happy with this place. Try to get a room that is on the other side of the busy street the hotel faces, although it is not that bad at all.
“nice and clean”
this hotel is very comfortable and clean. There is only shower room, no ath tub, but i am very satisfied with their service and confortness. I will be back this hotel next time at Banff!!
“Extremely clean room”
PROS- The staff were very helpful and courteous. Our room was exceptional clean, we had a loft room and looking down from the loft you could not see any dust or dirt accumulation on any ledges, bathroom was also spotless, king bed was firm but comfortable. Have been in higher class hotels and they did not meet this level of quality control. Cons- Bed is up in the loft and so is all the heat, we prefer a cool room to sleep in therefore it was a little too hot for our comfort. Carrying large lugguage up the spiral staircase was interesting. Outdoors room entrance is not so great as we tracked snow into our room no matter how careful we were, I guess the up side to this is no hallway noises during the night. No resteraunt in the hotel but on the upside it forced us to adventure out into the town rather then just settle with the hotel eatery. Overall- We would have no problem reccommending this hotel to anyone, great value for your dollar.
“Awsome place to stay”
It was a great place to stay, staff was very professional even the cleanings staff are friendly. The rooms were very nice, the bathrooms were nice and big. There is nothing i could say bad about, it was just a great place to stay.
“Price was right”
Room were well maintained and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
“Lovely & Affordable Hotel”
