“good if you are on a budget....”
My husband and I were looking for a budget friendly hotel and thats what we found at the Voyager. The staff were very friendly, we recieved breakfast vouchers (a nice surprise) and the breakfast was good each day. The room was clean although there was a slightly unpleasent odour during our stay. Bring a set of earplugs if you are a light sleeper as we did wake up each night to people coming in from town (not very good sound proofing,as we would hear people chatting in other rooms). However, with earplugs on the last night we were fine. So, if you are looking for a cheap weekend in Banff in a clean, basic, friendly hotel then this is your place,no frills attached. As my husband says,"it's a step up from staying in a hostel".
“Looking out at a brick wall”
I think they stuck me in a room looking out at a brick wall because I booked through Expedia. When I asked to be moved - they stuck me in a room looking at a parking lot. Couldn't even tell I was in Banff when looking out either window.
“will come back again”
Very good location in Banff. The rooms are clean. Will come back again.
“not impressed with the service”
The lady at the front desk was rude to the customers
“Value for Money”
Con: There was no microwave in the room.
“good place to stay”
Good hotel for the price.
“love to come again sometime”
great stay.
“good hotel”
good hotel
“Not suggesting”
I wouldn't go back myself for sure
“Does the trick...”
Not too expensive... Not too far from town... Loud if you have party neighbours (which is likely with the cost). Hot if your thermostat breaks down... Not bad overall.
