“Would go there again”

Were first given an "inside room". Got very stuffy on a hot day. Requested a room with windows ( hotel did not have AC except in the hallways), and were immediately moved. All rooms had fans and it cooled at night, so the rest of the stay was fine. Clean rooms and great service. An older hotel, but well kept. I'd go again.

“Included breakfast buffet service outstanding”

The lock on the door of the room was faulty, tissue paper was not replenished, window fell out but hotel response to resolve was quick and effective

“Very impressed”

The rooms were basic but very comfortable - in particular the fantastic beds! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant and bar were cosy. The location is also pretty central and the ski buses stop in front of the hotel. Would happily go back again...

“Close walk into downtown”

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are quite nice. It is a close walk into downtown, which is nice. Overall a nice place to stay.

“Very Satisfied”

Beautiful hotel, no air but we were in an outside room so we cracked the window. We visited in March so this was not an issue. Inside rooms with no windows were a bit stuffier. The hotel gave us a fan and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Nice lounge and restaurant. Could walk to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

“Very comfortable accomodation.”

Stayed 1 night & was impressed with speed of assistance with electrical issue on check-in, friendly staff members & location within walking distance of town centre. Room was a bit tired with no fan in interior bathroom & no fridge availability. Rest of hotel amenities were very nice, especially hot breakfast buffet with specialty omelets. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

“Will stay again”

Staff was friendly; room was clean and comfortable; buffet breakfast was limited in choices but over all good. I would definetely stay at this hotel again.

“Too expensive for what you get”

No air conditioning, no pool, "Mountain View" means that it faces onto the street. Surfaces in the room (end tables, mantle over fireplace) were water stained and cracked. At least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and ready when we arrived.

“Nice place, we'll be back”

Good location, clean and quiet. Restaurant and lounge are reasonably priced and family friendly as well
