“Downtown stay in Banff”
It is the second time i have stayed here and it was fun.
“Great hotel in great location”
Nice hotel right downtown banff, quick walk to everything. Nice big clean room, and front desk staff was really nice!

“Nice hotel in downtown Banff”
I stayed here while attending a conference about 1km outside of downtown. It's at the end of the downtown strip in Banff near restaurants and shopping. The staff provided free bus passes for the city bus that travels right to the conference. There's a bar and restaurant and pool on site. Free underground heated parking. The free wireless was hard to access from my room (low signal and usually too slow to be useful) but a fellow traveler said access in the bar was speedy. Bathroom is tiny, but the sink/vanity area is in the main room--actually more convenient. The rooms are big enough, but not huge--but that's pretty much the norm in Banff.
“Would love to visit again in summer!”
There was only 1 downfall i was in an inner room over looking the lobby and the room was boiling. I moved to a room on the outside with an outside balconey and that was perfect. My suggestion ask fro a room with an outside balcony.
“Great location, clean , comfortable & affordable hotel”
We stayed for one night only on our way from Calgary to Jasper. The hotel is ideally located and just a stroll down the road to the shops, restaurants, etc. The room was very comfortable - bed linen very nice. The only negative comment was the small bathroom. There is free underground parking and a good buffet breakfast. Reception staff were very pleasant & helpful.

L'hôtel a belle allure, il possède un parking gratuit fermé et il se situe dans la rue principale des commerces et restaurants. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix sauf pour le restaurant qui ne présente pas de buffet mais une carte un peu chère au petit déjeuner.
“Great Hotel, Convenient location”
This hotel is right on the main road of Banff and one block from all the restaurants and shopping. Staff were helpful. My room was very nice and comfortable. A great value for the cost. I'd recommend it highly!
“Great place to stay in Banff”
Super location. Close to the center of town, but far enough away that it's quiet. The front desk is very, very helpful. Be sure to ask for the free, hotel bus pass before you get on the bus! The beds are super comfortable, but the bathroom is tiny. I'd definitely stay again!
“Great Staff”
Loved the hotel mostly because of the great service - the front desk clerk was extremely friendly. The room was comfortable although a little dated. The food was very good and I loved that I could get Starbucks coffee in the hotel. That's rare in smaller chains. If I had one comment, it would be to change the batteries in the TV remote controls. This drives me crazy when the batteries are almost dead.
