Excellent location on Banff Avenue for shops, bars and restaurants, plus the bus pick-up. Comfortable hotel, definitely value for money.

The room was clean with a refridgerator and all the required amenities, desk clerks very helpful and we were away from the partying and noise associated with week end skiers that some of the other guests seem to have to endure. We didn't spend much time there, so we didn't care about luxury. The picture on the website was very accurate. The only things that could have improved our stay was a microwave in the room and more wireless computer capacity on weekends.

Convenient location on edge of downtown Banff. Free underground parking. Friendly staff in the restaurant and on the front desk. Hotel was value for money, with a good size room.

“Good location”

The Banff International is a good choice for families who don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. It is a clean, well run hotel within easy walking distance to Banff townsite. No frills, a decent coffee-shop type restaurant for breakfast, and underground parking. No complaints.

Great location in the heart of Banff. Older hotel but the room we had was updated recently and had amazing blankets. Loved our stay!

“Great location”

The International is one of the older hotels in Banff which is why it is situated in such a great location in Banff. The hotel has been well maintained though not extensivley renovated over the years. The room was clean and spacious. It is adjacent to the start of all the downtown shops and restaurants, which meant we could walk to most everywhere we went. That being said it was a good thing because we had to find parking on the street as our truck did not fit in the hotel underground parking.
