“Good location, walking distance to shopping area”

“Not bad”

Over all not bad the only bad service was in Rickey's grill food was not good as well

“Great good quality hotel for a stay in Banff”

We stay here on a regular basis and would recommend this to anyone.

“Will NEVER stay there again!”

The room was to hot!!! heat was off fan on and window open and it was cooking, tried to talk to the manager the next day since I did not want to go down and move my 1 1/2 year old at 1:00 AM, but that is what he expected out of me and would not do a thing!!!!

“Not Impressed”

Hotel did not prepare the enough stuff, such as towers, cups... for every member in our family.

“Great Location!”

The location was just perfect! The hotel sits right on the main street where restaurants and shops are just one block away. The room looks average but clean. It was good enough for us to stay especially since we stayed outside sightseeing most of the day. The hotel staffs were friendly.

“Tammy”

Great location in the heart of Banff. Older hotel but the room we had was updated recently and had amazing blankets. Loved our stay!
