"Great property near downtown Banff!"
Wonderful family or group oriented property just a few blocks from Banff's mainstreet. Waterslides, pool and hot tub amenities are top notch. Surprisingly comfortable beds both the two queen size beds in the loft and the queen murphy bed on the main floor as well. We were expecting a pull out couch bed on the main floor but the surprise murphy bed was excellent. The full kitchen that was fully equipped came in quite handy while travelling with children. And the extra bathroom in the loft was appreciated by all. All in all a great location and a wonderful property! We will definitely be staying here in the future!

"Fantastic hotel"
My wife and I stayed here and it was a great experience. I wish we stayed there longer. The rooms are big and have everything you need. They are new and very clean. It's a short walk to town which isn't too bad. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff was nice enough to include a bottle of champagne in our room on arrival (I did make a note of it when booking).

"Nice, quiet location!"
We stayed for 3 nights at this resort. The hotel is beautiful and the suites are amazing. The only downfall was the really uncomfortable beds. They were way too hard, and my husband and I would wake up in the morning with really sore backs. Other than that, everything was great.

"Best hotel I have EVER stayed at."
Great location. Not as busy as downtown Banff but still only about 10 minute drive to downtown Banff. A Sobeys and Canadian Tire near by. Restaurants and liquor stores nearby. Free underground parking with storage rooms for larger items such as bikes, etc. Hotel was extremely clean and has everything you would want. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen. Balcony with great view of mountains with patio set and BBQ grill. There was even dish washing liquid and laundry detergent. Will definitely come back here again.

"Very nice place in Canmore."
This is a hotel, not a resort. You fetch your own food or go downtown. Annoying on the first night of our stay was the night-time noise from the nearby Trans-Canada Highway. By night 2, I'd acclimatized myself to it, so it was no problem. One minor glitch was the failure of our key cards to work properly on Day 2.

"Nice hotel"
All was perfect. The only thing that was not "perfect" was that the blind in the room was broken and the bed was very noisy (it would make a noise everytine we sat on it!). Probably something broken in the mattress. Nothing major! We appreciated the A/C in the main room as it was very hot. We were happy with our one night stay and highly recommend it.

"Great, cozy place for large family!"
We loved the condo we stayed in at Canmore Crossing. It was large enough for a family of 4 with 2 Japanese exchange students. Location was awesome as we were right across from Safeway to buy food to cook in the well stocked kitchen. When you are traveling with a large family it is important for us to be able to cook as restaurant bills are so high. Comfy living area was wonderful to relax in and we had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, plus a pullout couch. Short drive to Banff meant lots of easy sightseeing! Loved that everything was keyless and we could come and go on our own. Kids loved the hot tub. Wonderful stay for excellent price!
