"Awesome place to spend your vacation or holidays!"
Awesome place to spend your vacation or holidays. I'd recommend this place for the couples which would like to have a rest from the daily routine. Convenient place within Banf infrastructure, tons of shopping centres! Meanwhile awesome outdoor activities available, e.g. skiing, snowmobile trails, etc. Appreciate you!

"Great getaway while still close to Banff"
I love the Rimrock is nice and secluded from Banff itself so it's nice and quiet. However it's not too far from downtown Banff. So it's a nice easy trip to go for food and shopping. The hotel was nice and clean and the service was great. The staff treated us well and were very helpful. We had noise issues with a neighbouring room and the front desk dealt with it immediately without us having to call back again.

"Exceptional value!"
We were out in Banff for a weekend of snowshoeing with the dog, and stayed at this hotel for the first time. The rooms look like they were recently renovated with new furniture and carpet, the were was a balcony with absolutely stunning mouton views (would be great for the summertime), and had excellent doggie amenities. There were water and food bowls, a large doggie bed (which our dog loved), a MilkBone treat, and a rope toy. The hotel is very quiet (no partiers making noise, no noise from the train tracks or highway). We are definitely making this our "go to" place to stay!

"Excellant value walking distance to town."
Planned a day trip and booked the Ptarmigan the day before. Our second stay at this hotel. Excellant value. Very comfortable rooms. Even a very large dog bed complete with water bowl and toy not that we have a dog. Would not have known it was a pet freindly hotel no smells or evidence in room. excellant full cooked breakfast and hotel is only a block from main shops and bars. Would recommend and return again.

"Juniper Hotel"
Very quaint location with outstanding views of Vermillion Lakes and the Spray Lake Valley - in particular at dusk & dawn. Rooms are standard ....but the hotel itself carries a unique aura. If you do one thing at the Juniper, eat at the Bistro!! French & German chefs make the kitchen here faboulous ...meat & cheese board, duck wings (confit drumette), rabbitt rillettes and mussels superb!!
