“There are still hotels that go the extra mile!”
I was pretty impressed by everything about this place. I called for a shuttle and it met me as I walked out of the airport. The room was a one bedroom apartment style with granite counter, popcorn, coffee and luxury bedding. Fresh baked cookies are available all day and light dinner snack is provided during the week. Breakfast was better than most. The eggs were reconstituted science failures but make your own waffles was great. There is no restaurant but takeout menus for several places that deliver footed the bill. The pool area is nice too. I wish I had had to stay for more than a night. For anyone having to stay for extended amount of time I would certainly be more than happy with this place. I was there for a training conference and it was quite comfortable too. The shuttle is also personal as you are able to tell them when you want to go vs. having to go when they go. You will not be disappointed with this place.

The hotel was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, quiet and had free full hot breakfast with waffles.

“Enjoyed My Stay”
I was overall impressed with Staybridge Suite/ BWI. The front desk people were polite and helpful. The pool was great. The "free" breakfast buffet was excellent and up to my expectations. AND last but not least the rooms were beautiful!!!! I felt very welcomed and I would love to come back next time just for a weekend getaway with my lover.
“Wonderful Experience”
The hotel was much more than we expected. It was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly, the beds were unbelieveably comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was extraordinary. We can't wait to go back!!
“The Best of the Best!”
GM- Mr. John is a leader beyond our times! He is phenomal and creates an unparalleled level of service for his guests. He LEADS BY EXAMPLE! I am so thrilled with his hospitality! His team follows and literally embodies his character and standard for this hotel. I travel on the weekly basis to various cities for work, this was BY FAR THE BEST experience that i have had in a hotel. Period. I am comparing this stay to world class resorts, five star hotels in major cities across the country, brands that everyone knows.. etc. This location of staybridge deserves immense recognition. The suites are well kept and very clean. Mr. John and his team will spoil the heck out of you as their guest. From snacks, to movies in the theater room, wonderful food!!! The list just goes on and on. Thank you Mr. John and team for a fantastic stay for my wife and I. And thank you again for resolving the issue with our rewards account.
“Would go back”
Except for trouble with check in, was a good experience. Rooms are large, well appointed with a great kitchen. Had a problem with finding an electrical outlet for the computer. No outlet at the desk and had to run an extension to the kitchen. One of the kitchen outlet didn't work. Modem wires were bunched up under the desk on the floor, and took some time to unsnarl them. Just lake of attention on the hotel's part, that's all. Other than breakfast that's provided, there is no place to eat within several miles. All in all, I would still go back.
“Nice place - horrid customer service”
I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service from this hotel. One of the main reasons I chose this place was the breakfast buffet. Upon checkin I was given a key holder which stated that on weekends, the buffet closes at 10:30. We arrived in the lobby at 10:04 to find everything closed. The service worker was nasty to us when we asked why the buffet was closed - as if to say "you snooze you lose". She then acted offended that we dared question her actions as she pointed to a sign on the wall which said they close at ten. Of course, this sign was in the opposite direction for our room so we never saw it! The manager was just as mean. It was as though we were interrupting their day. We found out from other customers that they actually closed at about 9:45 and those other customers in the hotel had to beg and plead to get them to open up before the 10am cut off. They received the same poor attitude from the hotel workers as well. The manager said she would let us take "cold items as [we] leave the hotel since they hadn't been put away yet" which was a ridiculous offer to make up for their contradictory time problem. Further, the manager treated us like the hotel was happy we were leaving (we happened to be checking out at this time also). All in all, it was a bad experience and I would never stay at this particular hotel again.
