Pros: Staff, location, pool, hot tub, room and breakfast were all superb.
This hotel was awesome. I stayed in the hotel with two small children for one night. The shuttle service not only takes you to and from the airport but also to many restaurants and other locations around the hotel. All of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a half day rental of the room with a checkout at 7pm. This was incredibly accommodating for us since we had a very late overseas flight. The breakfast was great-fresh fruit to include strawberries and melon, hot eggs, sausage and bacon along with the typical breakfast foods of cereal, waffles, toast, muffins, and hard boiled eggs. I asked for extra croissants after it had closed and the attendant was actually going to thaw out more for us when she realized no more were left! The pool and hot tub were nice as well. The room was clean and I was pleasantly surprised that the amenities were Paul Mitchell brand. I wish our stay could have been longer. After a hectic day of travel it was nice to come to a place that would go above and beyond to meet all our needs. Definitely will go back if I am in the Baltimore area.

Worth the price

Overall a good experience. Breakfast Saturday morning was a problem though. While it was supposed to start at 7.00 it didn't start till 8. While the one person tried to get everything thing set up everyone was waiting. There was someone else helping at first but she decided to talk to the young lady at the front desk instead of continuing to help.

Nice hotel

It was a nice hotel for the night. Flight was cancelled. The breakfast was good and the water was hot. That's all I was looking for in an overnight stay.

Not a good experience

Humming noise in the walls when I tried to sleep, apparently due to pipes, so I was told. Bagels had mold and breakfasts, in general, we're not good at all. Friendly staff, but I couldn't stay there again in the future.
