We booked for 2 rooms with kitchen but when we reached staff told that there is no room available and we need to go to different hotel. The hotel where we got rooms was without kitchen. It was totally pathetic experience.

I liked the location and the indoor pool. I didn’t have to change out the comforters on the beds. But other than that I had no complaints.

Really enjoyed our stay.Room was awesome. Only unfortunate part was there system was down the entire time we stayed so they had to let us in our rooms. I was also disappointed because I only stayed one night but hoped for a late night hot tub time but they closed early and didn’t open till too close to check out. We had a conference to attend so I never really got to use the hot tub. People were really nice though and the breakfast was decent.

Nice place to stay for getting to BWI. Parking is free if you book through hotel otherwise you pay. Bwi shuttle is free though either way. Very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Great location, easy access to highway, close dining options in addition to continental breakfast and coffee. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Check in and out was smooth. The mobile key is a nice option. It would help to have the ability to save it to Apple Wallet for quick access. There was a small amount of mold in bathroom shower, but otherwise a good deal for the cost. I would book again and recommend.

The hot tub was extremely dirty. I ended up sick and had to check out a day early. I stayed sick for 3,days following my stay there. I was very disappointed with my last stay.

The staff were very nice and pleasant. Our room was directly infront of the elevators, which made it a bit noisy and bright. We had a pull out couch, that was extremely dirty looking. The sheets for the pull out were stained. My kids refused to sleep on it( i couldn't blame them) so we all cuddled in 2 beds. We were only there for 1 night to go to the airport. Although our flight took off very early, I was informed that their was a shuttle as early as 4am to take you to the airport.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I will not again. Once in Sept 2023 and again in Jan 2024. Both times, the right elevator gets stuck on the second floor and beeps all night. I had the room next to the elevator one night so you can imagine how my night went. This last time I stayed in Jan, the shower above my room was leaking whenever the person was taking a shower. I tried calling the reception desk but after several unanswer calls, I gave up. Hotel just feels dated and need of work.

The weekend stay was superb. Front desk staff was professional, courteous and very helpful. The room was extremely clean. Towels a little scratchy, but it’s a 9.9 rating(just for the towels😁.

The bathroom door would not close without pulling and pushing really hard and it made a loud screeching noise. The halls and the elevator smelled like pot in the morning. During the evening there were loud drunk people roaming the halls and slamming doors. We tried breakfast but they had tiny plates and bowls. The scrambled eggs were not fresh more like powder and the croissants tasted old and dry. They had breakfast sandwiches, but they were microwaved too long so one half was hard and not chewable. The sausage links were rubbery, but the patties were a little better. The hardboiled eggs and waffles were good, but the staff waited until 15 minutes before breakfast ended to put out the big plates for the waffles. If you were trying to save money by doing that, I think it backfired. People were using twice as many plates and throwing food away that was falling on the tables and floor. All in all, it was a nice stay, and the room was very clean. We went for the breakfast, but it was not good overall. Kitchen and night staff were nice.

Continental breakfast was good, but found it to be noisy in the hallways. Housekeeping opened our door without knocking. The pool was cloudy and dirty looking. The decor is outdated. Showers and decor needs updating. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Would I return, maybe not. If I had a newer more up to date option, I’d choose it instead.

Do not stay at this hotel...they will steal your money. Was told they would put a hold of 100 for the stay...she made it 300 refused to fix it saying it would be dropped after I checked out. 2 weeks latet im stealling deal with my bank to get my money back. So beware.

The room was dirty and the toilet was leaking. The front desk person lied and said he was calling. The maintenance man to come check it out 2 hours later no one showed up. He then says it’s nobody to look at it.
