First night was perfect and staff was wonderful. The second night not so, as the room adjacent to ours was so loud and this went on into the early morning hours. Security was called but not a lot was accomplished by their attention to the matter. A very frustrating evening by some very ungrateful guests.

I booked my stay about two weeks ago paid for the room and the day of check-in two hours. After the check in time they sent an email saying that they could not accommodate my stay when I was on my way to the hotel I had to resort into finding another hotel last minute, it was very unprofessional after the room was already paid for I would not recommend this hotel

Upon checkin Hannah was super, really outgoing and upgraded me since my husband was a reward member. The room was pretty dated, wallpaper needed refresh. The cable did not work the morning after I stayed the 1st and only night, I think it was out throughout the hotel. I think they were working on it but was not on several hours later. Health club had a lot of treadmills, bikes which was nice, pretty small though.

The staff was great, however, the rooms are outdated and badly need an upgrade. The room directly across the hall had multiple dents on the front door, which gave the appearance there was some sort of previous altercation. Microwaves are available by request only, and the one I received from the staff was extremely old/used. The pool was dirty and we were advised by the staff it is only cleaned once per week. The location is convenient but we won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Good Location but needs some upgrades
Lobby and facility, service very good. The room was dated and bathroom fixtures broken. Tables and desk need a good clean. Bedding clean and comfortable. For the price, I would expect more.

Our room was dry and too enough to make sleep difficult. The pillows were also thin and lumpy. Check-in does not take apple pay for incidentals; because I recently had my credit card stolen and don't yet have a physical replacement card, we had to wait 10-15 minutes as a solution was determined (I had a credit card number, just not the card, and had already paid for the room.)

Love this property. The night we were there there happened to be some rowdy groups in the bar and the bartender wanted to tend to the political boys first, but otherwise it is a great property.

We made a reservation for a king size room and the hotel refused to check us into the room we booked. They stated that they overbooked and couldn't honor our booking since we bookes thru Expedia. The manager mr. Johnson couldn't care less and was so non chalant. Would not ever give them my business

The people that work here are very polite and helpful, but the hotel itself is worn down. The hotel is clean and safe, but the actual comforts for sleeping and bathing leave much to be desired. I travel a lot for work and I have never slept on such a worn out mattress. It sagged in the middle no matter where I slept on it. Every morning I woke up feeling stiff. Also, they tried to update the bathrooms, but they only put a facelift on them; it is clear that the faucet and tub are the original fixtures. The bath tub didn’t even turn off fully and dripped no matter how hard I tried to turn it off. This is such a waste of water and should be remedied! I except better from a property that charged so much a night. I have slept in better beds at 2 star hotels. I would skip this hotel if I were you.

Great location. Maintenance needed for the bathroom - steady leak from the faucet in the shower/bathtub combo. There was a water stain on the tub.
