The Sparx Restaurant and Lounge was the best part. The rooms had cracks in the wall and dirt splattered everywhere. The room just didn’t seem clean enough.

They didn't clean it. I was in a room that had permanent noise. Buy...be careful with the charges they make on your card.

Super dirty nasty smelled like weed bathroom was dirty mattress had a big red stain looked like blood Didn’t shower because the bathroom was really dirty Never again

I found out that your property previously was owned by Ramada. I notified the front desk about the hangers, and then it was explained to me that you’re in the process of remodeling due to Covid. It’s slow things down. I’m very understandable, but I do complement exceptional service I received.

When we arrived no one let us know there is a $50 fee per night that they take off your card in case you break something. Luckily we didn’t break nothing. They also sell alcoholic drinks at the concierge desk, we asks for a bottle of wine, the man said it’s $12, so we handed the man $20. The man clearly was incompetent as he said we still owed him $8….. after handing him $20 bill for a $12 bottle. We asked for our $20 back. They then placed us on the 7th floor, the elevator has no certification in it, and the entire ride up you can hear a loose bolt making you feel as the elevator would break. Once we finally got out of the elevator the center table had disgusting spots and stains, half eaten chicken bones in the windows. There was black and white stains all over the hallway floors. Definitely will not be staying here again.
