We liked our room. It had a great view of the Harbor. Unfortunately, our room was not soundproof. We could hear a baby crying in the room right next to us.

Our harbor view room was not ready when we arrived after 4:30, should have been ready by 4:00 so they moved us to another room that had a very tiny view of the harbor and they did not offer free parking, breakfast, voucher or anything for the inconvenience. The toilet in the bathroom was way too low and the room needed a bigger mirror. I paid for parking when I made the initial reservation and they said I did not and I got charged again! Now I have to try and figure this out with Expedia.

We arrived at 10 AM left our bags and came back at 6 pm. Rooms were not available at 6 pm when check in is a 4:00. Both rooms were not what was paid for and reserved. Carpet’s filthy.

Very convenient location and easier to get to than when looking on map. Employees very pleasant. Good food within and good bar atmosphere. Hotel is nice & clean and even though its probably a little closer to some remodeling than not I would still opt to stay here again.

Property has great location, awesome brand, nice rooms. Staff was good depending on who you got at front desk. The biggest disappointment was the bar/restaurant. I had the New Years meal with filet mignon and shrimp and the food was utterly terrible. Overcooked shrimp made us sick and meat was soggy. The worst meal I ever had!!!
