“Unexpected nice time”

No complaints at all about my stay here. I just wish that I had not slept so comfortably...I missed the breakfast downstairs in the lobby. It would have been nice if the meal was available until a little after checkout time.

“super clean hotel”

Everything about this hotel was great except the weekend customer service. The man working the desk over the weekend was sitting on the couch watching TV everytime we went into the lobby, and when we asked for directions to the metro he gave vague directions that were wrong. The staff that came in on moday seemed much more proffesional. On the bright side our room was about the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The overall hotel was very clean as well, they must have a great housekeeping staff!
